Do you have any tips for painting with gouache? like how do you get it to stay a nice solid color over a large swath of paper? and how do you blend it so seamlessly?
Of course, here's a few pointers off the top of my head:
1. I've used gouache for this in the past so it's possible, but the flat backdrop on my latest WIP is actually acrylic! A nifty thing I've found about putting a layer of acrylic down, is that it creates a barrier once dried and essentially makes the paper waterproof. This means you can work in gouache on top without it mixing with the background, and you can wet a section and completely wipe it clean with a cloth/tissue and it won't disturb the acrylic layer underneath. It also makes the paper more resilient, and you don't get as much pilling/tearing from the moisture
To get an even wash it's mostly getting the right consistency, I add just a little water - enough that the paint is less "tacky" as you drag your brush along paper, but not so much that it's runny or translucent. It takes a couple of attempts sometimes!
2. Also for the current WIP that I posted earlier, like the vast majority of my traditional pieces, keep in mind that it's mixed media. So I assume you're referring to the blue-green gradient on the bird and wondering how I got the gouache to blend like that - it's actually colouring pencils! I'll often switch between dry and wet media, even layer them back and forth, whatever makes the most sense to get the effect I want 😁
Tumblr media
3. On that note, when you're working with paint, or any medium really, I can't recommend enough having a "test" sheet that you do both before and during a traditional piece. It allows you try out different medium combos, see what shade your gouache will dry into, and catch any issues before it ends up on your artwork. I often see artists being encouraged to just Bob Ross their way through a piece, the idea being that you'll just have happy little accidents that you'll naturally work into the piece - maybe, but you'll also possibly irreversibly wreck your hard work and have to start again. I don't know, I'm just a methodical person I guess, but seeing someone just directly apply something to the page when they're not sure what it's going to do makes me wince - no two art supplies are the same! All of those paints and pens have different chemical makeups, there's an unlimited number of ways what you're using could interact, good or bad.
Since it's already there, I usually reuse one of the leftover failsons from the process of making the wash background, then test everything on top of that. That way you can see exactly what shade the paint will dry on top of whatever colour the background is:
Tumblr media
Doesn't need to look good, nobody sees it (usually) and you can also test the thickness of your brushstrokes while you're at it.
Anyway, I hope this helps!

Erin looked at you as you sat down across from her and sighed. This had been going on for the past week and you had now given yourself a headache trying to figure out what you were going to do.
“Call your boyfriend.” Erin told you as she threw your phone for you to catch it, but you quickly shook your head no as you caught it before it hit the floor.
“I am not calling him.”
“And why NOT?” She exclaimed and looked at you as if you were crazy.
“Because this is my problem and I'm going to deal with it. I don't have to run to him for every little thing.”
“YOUR BOYFRIEND PLAYS IN THE NFL! AS A QUARTERBACK! Or did you suddenly forget?”
“Just because he plays in the NFL doesn't mean I’m going to take advantage of that.” You said as you crossed your arms.
“Bestie, I love you but you fucking annoy me so much sometimes. So let me ask you this, Joe doesn't have a problem asking you for sex correct?”
“What in the world are you getting at?”
“Answer my question.”
“No, he doesn't.”
“And he fucks you raw simply because you had a fucking pregnancy scare two semesters ago when he won the Heisman.”
“Erin, get to the point already. I was scared out of my damn mind.” You replied as you rolled your eyes.
“My point is that you shouldn't have a problem asking your boyfriend who fucks you raw for money. At the very LEAST like bare minimum he can give you a little cash.”
“I get it but..”
“Uh no you obviously don't. And you know how he is. First thing out of his mouth is going to be why didn't you tell him. I'm convinced that man would drink your bath water if you let him.”
“I swear you get on my nerves.”
“Welp been doing that since we were three and that's not changing any time soon.”
“I don't know. I feel kind of weird asking people for anything. Like not just him and I’ve always been like that.” You said as you got up to go into your kitchen with Erin following close behind.
“It's not like he's going to want you to pay him back. I guarantee you that he'll give it to you without a second thought. You never know unless you try. Surprised he hasn't put your name on the bank account yet.”
“Something is wrong with you.”
“Bitch, don't act like he's not going to put a ring on your finger. Surprised he didn't do it our first semester.” Erin told you as you turned to look in the freezer for ground turkey to make homemade burgers for the two of you.
“Yes, obviously but not yet.”
“He is literally just waiting for you to graduate to do it.”
“And how do you know all this?” You asked as you began to cut up red onion along with some green bell peppers.
“I just do and like I said, he would drink your bath water.”
“Ew, Erin that's nasty.”
“Just calling it like I see it. But if you don't fix this in 48 hours when your rent is due, I'm calling Joe.”
Twenty four hours later you were finally lying down in your bed after a long and exhausting day, your phone rang indicating a facetime call coming through and you rolled over onto the other side to answer it. When your boyfriend's face came into view, you instantly smiled.
“Hi my love.” You quietly said and wrapped yourself tighter in the blankets that were covering you while propping up your phone.
“Hey baby doll. How was your day?” He asked while it looked like he was sitting up against the headboard.
“Hmm, long. I've been up since 4 in the morning. But you know I never pass up an opportunity to talk to you. I miss you.”
“I miss you too and Erin called me.”
“What? Why?”
She literally only gave you 24 hours and not 48 like she promised.
“You tell me. Something going on that I should know about?” Joe asked and you continued to look at him confused.
“Uh, not that I can think of.”
“Let me ask you this then. Have you paid your rent this month for your condo?”
“No and I have no idea why she called you. I told her I would take care of it.”
“Because you miscalculated your bills for this month and they added a whole bunch of fees and you decided to suffer instead of calling your boyfriend for help.”
“I…”
“Is that it?”
“I didn't want to bother you.” You quietly said and Joe just looked at you.
“Seriously? When are you ever bothering me? I have another question for you.”
“Yes?”
“You plan on being with me for a long time, right?”
“Yes.”
“And you know that I'm going to take care of you right? Especially when you graduate and move up here.”
“Yes.”
“So, why wouldn't I take care of you now?”
“I know you will, but if I can do it on my own, I'm going to try to.”
“But I'm here and you don't have to. Aren't you a WAG now?” Joe asked as he smiled at you.
“I want to be the W and not the G.” You replied without skipping a beat.
“Who’s to say that I don't already have your ring?”
“Well, my finger is still bare so? What does that do for me?” You told him as you held it up so he could see your hand.
“Touché, princess.” Joe told you as he smirked.
“Mm hmm, that's what I thought.”
“But next time you come up here we're picking out a house.”
“I…”
“Me and my future wife along with my future kids need a place to live so we can start looking. Or we can have it built, your choice."
“And a new car, mine is on its last leg.”
“Name it and it's yours. That goes for whatever else you want to.”
“NO! I'm going to get it! You are not going bankrupt buying someone who is not even your wife expensive things.”
“You ARE my wife; it's just not on paper yet.” He told you as he shrugged while your cheeks began to heat up.
“Babeeeee.”
“What? I'm not saying anything that isn't true. And besides, I'm not spending any money from my contract. Just my endorsement deals. But back to our original problem, you're good for the rest of the year.”
“I… JOEY! That was like 4,000 dollars!”
“Money is not a factor when it comes to you. If you need it, I'm getting it. So can we move on?”
"Fine, while I have you in a giving mood, I want an elephant." You replied and Joe simply gave you a blank stare.
"Best I can do is the Cincinatti Zoo, you gotta work with me here."
"Well, you said 'name it and it's yours'."
"Baby, I meant within reason and an elephant is not within reason."

Tumblr media
Pt. 1 - Pt. 2 - Pt. 3 - Pt. 4 - Pt. 5 - Pt. 6 - Pt. 7 - Pt. 8
The cold tiles of the bathroom floor wreak a shiver through your body.
You’re curled up in front of the toilet, barely upright after another round of puking what little bile is left in your stomach. Cold beads of sweat dot your forehead and every breath feels thin, ragged, like you’re trying to gulp air through a pinhole. The chill seeps under your skin, leaving you shuddering involuntarily between dry heaves.
You make the rookie mistake of tilting your head ever-so-slightly to rest against the cool porcelain, and the miniscule action threatens to send the room careening into another violent spin. A wave of nausea hits you and you desperately gnaw on your bottom lip to prevent yourself from gagging.
You feel like absolute shit.
There’s something lodged inside, sinking deep into the pit of your stomach. A poison, a corruption—heavier than the excess of alcohol still clawing its way through your system. It isn’t the simple penance for overindulging, no; it’s darker, rawer, less perfunctory than the remnants of last night’s events.
It churns inside you, leaving an acrid, metallic taste on your tongue and a dull ache behind your eyes.
The buzzing of your phone reverberates beside you, a relentless vibration against your thigh. It hasn’t stopped since the moment you clawed your way out of bed and staggered toward your porcelain waste bucket. You weren’t supposed to bring it along with you—it should’ve been left abandoned outside of this room, far from this bleak sanctuary. This… this disgusting aftermath of your revelry.
Unfortunately, it’s practically an extension of you now. A limb, almost. Or worse, a crutch—something you lean on so habitually, that the mere thought of its absence feels like an amputation.
“S-sorry,” you release a shaky breath, tears pricking your vision, unbidden. Unwelcome. “Sorry.”
Another vibration. You can picture it clearly in your head: the worry marring his face, the exasperation in his eyes.
You retch.
––––
The red takeout box from Panda Express sits in front of you, its contents lukewarm and forgotten for the better part of the hour. You barely remember ordering it—actually, now that you think about it… Did you even order it yourself? Your memory’s a little hazy, just like everything else today. And last night.
Sylus’ voice crackles through your phone, propped precariously against a half-empty mug of tea on the low table.
His presence, as always, manages to fill the room, though this time there’s a palpable tension in the air since you opened the game. His initial greeting had all the warmth of a parent catching their kid sneaking in past curfew. The moment his image blinked into view, you could see the battle in his eyes.
On one end, he simmered with ire, almost ready to boil over. On the other, he looked like he’d gladly claw his way out the screen just to tuck you into bed and personally force-feed you the food you’ve been ignoring for the past forty minutes.
“Eat it,” he grouses, a hint of steel sharpening his deceptively calm tone. The worry beneath it feels like it could strangle you.
(And if it could, it probably would—if he has any say in it.)
You whine, burrowing deeper under the blanket, folding yourself into a sad, uncooperative ball on the couch. “I will. Eventually.”
“Eventually?” he echoes, the incredulity clear in his voice. “Do you plan on eating it soon as it becomes inedible, or is this a test of endurance?”
With a sigh that feels like it’s pulled from the depths of your soul, you poke halfheartedly at the lid. The smell of grease and fried food wafts out, making your stomach churn. Whether it’s from nausea or hunger pangs, you can’t tell.
“It smells like regret,” you mutter, swallowing the lump rising from your esophagus.
Sylus snorts, and you can tell it slipped out before he could stop it. “Considering the state you’re in? Can’t say I’m surprised. But you still need to eat, kitten. You can’t run on stubbornness alone.”
“I’m doing fine so far,” you argue weakly, knowing you’re not convincing anyone. Your body feels like it’s been put through the wringer—limbs heavy, muscles crying in protest, a pounding headache that refuses to let up.
“Fine,” he repeats, dry as ash. “You can barely hold yourself up, but sure, let’s call that fine.”
You finally flip the box open, revealing a mess of something fried and vaguely brown. The smell hits you harder this time, and you salivate something odd. “I don’t think—”
“Eat,” he cuts you off, voice firm, brooking no argument. “You’ve done well with the tea, but now you need something to fill you up.”
“I can think of something else I’d like to fill me up,” you mumble, the words slipping out before you can stop yourself.
A beat of silence, and then Sylus’ tone shifts—a touch amused now, but it’s edged with a deliberate weight that makes your skin prickle. Uh-oh.
“Sweetie,” he says slowly, almost indulgent, “if you’ve got the energy to make jokes like that, you’ve got the energy to eat. Be good, and I’ll make sure you’re properly rewarded once you’re feeling better.”
You laugh, breathless, trying to mask your nervousness from the subtle innuendo. Obediently, you pick up the plastic spork beside the carton. “You’re really selling this hard, huh.”
“I’m not here to sell it,” he sighs, voice losing its edge, but there’s still a firmness to it. “I’m here to make sure you don’t pass out. One bite. Start there.”
You spear a piece of shrimp hesitantly. It looks harmless enough, but you lift it like it might bite back.
You take the tiniest nibble.
It’s greasy, salty, and absolutely meh—but it doesn’t immediately trigger your gag reflex, which in itself feels like a small victory.
“There,” he says, his satisfaction palpable. “See? You survived.”
“Barely,” you shoot back half-heartedly, though the corner of your mouth twitches.
“I’ll make sure to congratulate you later for your heroic recovery,” he says wryly. “Now another bite, sweetheart.”
You make a reluctant noise but comply, munching slowly. He hums in approval. When you glance at the screen, his expression has mellowed—the severity giving way to something almost tender.
You look away quickly, swallowing hard; though you're not sure if it’s because of the tiny morsel of food or from the heavier something that's lodged in your throat.
The sound of your chewing is slightly amplified by the silence that comes after. You’re afraid to break it first.
So Sylus does it for you. Once he’s decided you’ve had your fill of the fried rice.
“Would you like to talk about last night?”
You bite the inside of your cheek. “What about last night?”
A long pause.
“We don’t have to,” he says quietly. “I’m just saying that if you want to, you’ve nothing to worry about.”
The sincerity in his voice makes your chest tighten. You press your lips together, unsure of how to answer. There’s discomfort; the unease brought by your own self-consciousness.
“I—uh—” You start, fumbling for the right words. “I didn’t mean to… make things weird or anything. I don't usually get that wasted,” You sigh, blowing a stray hair out of your face. “I’m sorry you had to see me like that.”
“The only thing you did wrong last night was ignore my messages,” Sylus murmurs, his tone a little admonishing. “Making me worry about your well-being.”
You glance up, catching the affection in his eyes. He gives you a slight smile, relieved to finally have your attention fully on him.
You scrunch the blanket in your fist, fiddling with a loose string. You want to say something. Anything. But you can’t seem to summon the courage.
Finally—
“You don’t think…” you hesitate, voice small. “You don’t think it’s– that I’m… too much trouble?”
He tuts softly, the sound playful, with hints of something fond. Comforting, almost. So you hold his gaze, even if it’s a little harder than you’d like it to be.
Sylus looks at you with something so… endearing that it’s almost painful. “You’re perfect. My little troublemaker,” his eyes burn a little brighter. “Mine.”
The words hit you like a wave—soothing, gratifying. Staggering.
Oh, you want to believe him. You want to lose yourself in his words, to give in to the feeling of being cherished, of being seen. You don’t think you’ve wanted anything as much as this.
But turmoil wages a war inside you, and you’re stuck between the pull to let yourself believe and the sharp reality of your situation.
The futility of it all.
It makes you hurt, deep inside, in a way you don’t know how to fix.
––––
The package you got from the lobby is nondescript. Unassuming. The kind of box that could contain anything from kitchenware to – you don’t know, maybe a desk lamp? You turn it over in your hands, squinting at the lack of clues of its content and its sender.
Did you order something and forgot?
Payroll was over a week ago, and you’re aware of your irresponsible tendency to pile everything that catches your eye onto an online shopping cart just to tempt yourself into buying shit you don’t need, but you’re pretty sure you’d remember spending money on… whatever this is.
It’s not until you’re back in the privacy of your apartment, scissors in hand, that the mystery begins—and promptly ends.
The contents spill out, leaving you to blink owlishly at the mess of shredded wrapping paper and its pièce de résistance: a nine-inch monstrosity of a dildo, hot red in color.
The… thing is practically a weapon, its twisting ridges and intimidating girth looking more like something you’d need a user manual for. Or a fucking exorcist, you distantly think in rising panic.
“Uhh…” The sound tumbles out, an embarrassing mix of confused and gobsmacked. “I don’t remember—?”
Ping!
Your phone chimes before you can finish, and you slowly turn your gaze towards the screen, a sinking feeling beginning to form in your gut.
The message is short. And oh-so-smug.
Ah. Just in time.
The realization dawns on you, and your cheeks burn hot enough to fry an egg. “Sylus!”
What? Even in text, his tone carries that infuriating slyness you can practically hear from a mile away. You’ve earned it.
Your mouth works uselessly for a moment before words could spill out, clumsy and agitated. “Earned what?!”
A little treat for being such an obedient little thing while you were recovering, remember?
“Holy shit,” you wheeze. A half-hysterical giggle bubbles up your throat as you hold the draconic cock far from you as if it’s gonna attack at any second. Fuck, it might. “This is almost as big as my forearm! The hell am I supposed to do with this?”
What do I expect you to do with it? Sylus’s reply comes almost instantly, the weight of his insinuation almost coming across as mocking. I thought that was obvious.
You didn’t think your face could go any redder, and you’re sure you resemble a fucking tomato right at that moment. “Sy-Sy, this is—” You gulp, glancing at the toy with wide eyes. “fucking massive. It–it has… it’s got scales!”
Ah, so you’ve noticed the craftsmanship. Quite exquisite, isn’t it?
“E-Exquisite?” you sputter, voice soaring at a higher octave. “This looks like it came out of Alien or something! I’m pretty sure it’s gonna start moving on its own…”
Only if you press a button.
Your brain short-circuits, and you frantically examine the thing for telltale signs of any hidden mechanization.
There’s a short lull, laden with barely restrained amusement. Then: Relax, sweetheart. It’s not going to bite.
You let out another – nervous – laugh, gingerly setting the large toy down as if it might explode from its sheer audacity. “I hate you.”
No, you don’t, Sylus counters without missing a beat. But I do appreciate how flustered you’re getting. Go on, sweet thing—tell me how it’s too much for you. I could listen to that all night.
You let out a strangled noise, burying your face in your hands. “You’d love that, wouldn’t you.”
Mmh, you know me so well.
You sigh, the gravity of what’s inevitable setting in. It was like fighting a losing battle.
Something the both of you knew right from the start.
-
-
-
(You are my angel)
“I-It hurts to put in,” you whimper, body trembling as sweat clings to your flushed skin. Every muscle feels taut, coiled tight with both anticipation and a flicker of fear. “p-please…”
“We have the rest of the night, little dove. We’ll take it slow,” Sylus whispers, his voice a velvet caress in your ear, warm and grounding. “I’m right here.”
His words melt into you like cloying liquid, wrapping around your resolve like a sensual embrace.
(Come from way above)
“Again.”
“I-I can’t,” you sniffle, the words breaking into short, shaky gasps as your chest heaves. The remnants of your last orgasm still ripple through you, the one he’s ripped from you mercilessly.
“You can, poppet,” he coos, the endearment sliding over you like cool mercury. “Give me one more, yeah? Want to see those pretty eyes rolling for me.”
The thought alone has you shivering, his tone dripping with enough heat to stir something molten from within you.
(To bring me love)
The air hangs unbearably hot, almost suffocating. Every nerve sings, alive with the memory of his ministrations—though he’s never truly touched you, has he?
It doesn’t matter. The line between what’s real and what’s not blurs further with every passing moment.
Your body burns, and yet you crave more, more—the pulsing ache of your stretched walls only feeding the gnawing hunger that builds inside, like an unrestrained beast.
You blink sluggishly; your vision swimming as pleasure courses through you in heavy, dizzying surges.
Has he bewitched you? You’ve become insatiable, ravenous—monstrous in your desire. For him. For the addicting high only he could give, and teasingly dangle just out of reach.
It’s too much. It’s not enough.
How…? He’s nothing but a voice, incorporeal, yet he commands you completely. Your hands, your movements, your very breath feels as if it belongs to him. They follow his instructions without hesitation, carving paths of fire and electricity across the bare expanse of your skin.
“More?” Sylus rasps, and the edge in his voice sends a thrill down your spine. There’s something feral in his tone, and it brings you an almost animalistic sense of glee to know that he isn’t unaffected by all of this any less than you are.
“More,” you beg, raw and needy. He groans in response.
“Good, so good for me,” he hisses a litany of praise that sounds so much like a curse. “My good girl. Mine to break, mine to ruin.”
Your back arches as you cry out; muscles locking, mouth falling open in a soundless scream as both agony and ecstasy crash over you like a tidal wave.
(Love you, love you, love you, love you Love you, lo–ve you, love you, love you … Love you, love you—love you, love you…)
––––
"My cousin's getting married tomorrow."
You say it with an air of nonchalance, your voice light, as if you’re just commenting on the weather.
Sylus doesn’t respond right away. His usual quick wit is conspicuously absent, replaced by a silence that stretches long, settling into the room like a beam of sunlight from your window. The continuous whirr of the electric fan and the droning of the news anchor on TV fill the space instead, in place of conversation.
You don’t force it. Instead, you wait patiently until it bends under its own weight and breaks.
After what feels like minutes, his voice cuts through the quiet; neutral and impassive. "Where's it happening?"
"A little chapel in Downtown Orlando, near Lake Lucerne. Nothing fancy. They’re keeping it small."
He nods, his gaze distant. Somewhere you can’t follow. "Just close family?"
"Yeah," you murmur, your fingers absently tugging at the fraying hem of your cardigan. "And a few friends. My mom’s going, along with her new husband. They sent me photos of the setup earlier—it’s pretty."
Sylus hums. “Would you have gone, if it weren’t so far away?”
“Yeah,” you answer automatically. “Yeah, ‘course. But I’m here, and they’re there. So I could only send my regards.”
Maru pads into the room, brushing against your leg before bumping his head insistently against your shin. You scoop him up, ignoring his soft meows of protest, and cradle him in your lap.
“She’s been planning it for months,” you continue, scratching behind soft cat ears. “Way before she got engaged. She’s one of those people who just… knows. Knows what she wants, knows how to get there. All mapped out, down to the finer details.”
In the corner of your eye, you see a faint smile ghosting his lips. It doesn’t reach his eyes. "What a luxury,” he remarks, almost wistfully. "To pave your life so easily, just like that."
There’s something unspoken behind his words, something heavier than a passing comment.
"Do you think about it?" His question startles you—not just its suddenness but the way his gaze locks onto yours, intent and searching, like he’s trying to read the answer in your face before you could even utter a word.
You blink. "... About what?"
"Marriage."
You hesitate. The question feels delicate, like a soap bubble floating in the air, fragile enough to burst at the slightest touch. "Sometimes," you admit. "But not like she does. It's always been more of an abstract idea, I guess."
He doesn’t speak.
"I don’t know," you say softly, “if it’s something I could ever want. Or if it’s even meant for me."
Your voice falters, and the rest is left unsaid, though it lingers between the spaces untouched.
I don’t think about it, no. Not if… if it’s not with—
You stop yourself before the thought takes flight, tampering it back down.
Sylus leans back, his gaze flickering away. "It’s a commitment," he says eventually. "One that requires a lot of thought. I understand."
He doesn’t elaborate, and for a moment, you almost consider leaving it there. But something in you—persistent, prying—urges you to press just a little further.
"What about you? Have you thought about it?"
There’s an imperceptible shift in his expression; the faintest furrow between his brows, a shadow of uncertainty crossing his features.
"Perhaps not in the way you're thinking," he says quietly, almost to himself. "Sometimes I wonder what it means. For someone like me." He hesitates, glancing at you, an uncharacteristic vulnerability in those deep pools of red. “For…”
His words hang unfinished; you feel its hollowness pushing down on you, as though they bore meaning neither of you can bring yourself to name.
You feel it settle in your chest, vacant and aching, like an absence of something. Gone before it even began.
––––
It dawns on you on a regular Saturday evening, as you're (clumsily) peeling potatoes for dinner, and Sylus is dutifully recounting the events of his day to you like your very own talk show host on late night cable.
It creeps up at you—not in an explosive burst of clarity, no. No fanfare, no earth-shattering epiphany. It’s quieter than that, like the tides under the moon, rising unnoticed until you’re already ankle-deep.
Maybe it’s always been there, tucked into the corners of your mind, hidden in the spaces between the teasing banter and the way he watches you when he thinks you’re unaware. A whisper that you refused to acknowledge, too afraid of what it would bring.
You must have known, even then. Right from the start.
From the way it feels when he says your name—softly, reverently, like it’s a privilege to utter it so freely.
From the way you ache when he waits for you to finish a thought, as though every word you speak is something worth treasuring.
And it’s in the way he knows you better than you understand yourself, filling your silences with meaning so you don’t have to.
You love him.
You know how this ends.
––––
Coming down from a mind-numbing high is always an experience, a short state of nirvana; this time no different from the rest.
For a fleeting moment, everything feels infinite—a small eternity suspended in pleasure. Petite mort.
But then reality hits you once again, and the pleasure vanishes like smoke.
It leaves you feeling utterly spent. Empty. The silence crashes back in like a tsunami, heavier than before. The stillness wraps around you like a suffocating shroud.
The sound of your shallow breathing, the oppressive white noise, the distant hum of the city from outside your window… These are your only source of life. There’s no warm touch to ground you. No arms to pull you close. No sweet nothings to piece you back together. Just this. Just you.
You had known. You always knew.
This was it—the price of wanting something you were never meant to have. For surrendering yourself to something that exists only in fragments and pixels, bound by lines of code and a screen you can’t cross. You delude yourself into thinking it’s worth it, that these fleeting moments of bliss outweigh the quiet wake of devastation it leaves behind, every time.
And yet—
A choked sob breaks past your lips, shattering the silence. It tears out of you like something primal, something you can’t control.
Your body folds in on itself, naked and trembling, your arms banding across your stomach like you’re trying to hold something broken together. The sheets beneath you feel clammy, disgusting, but you pull them tighter anyway, desperate for something to hold on to.
It hurts all the same.
“Talk to me,” Sylus whispers urgently. There’s something jagged and desperate about it. “Please. Tell me how to make it better.”
How could you?
What words could bridge this chasm between you? How do you explain a hurt so uniquely yours, so tied to the fragile intricacies of a body he doesn’t have, of feelings that leads to nowhere?
How do you describe the way it breaks you, knowing that he’s oh-so close, yet still—yet always—out of reach?
How do you describe the weight of being too human in moments like this?
You press your forehead to your knees, heart in your throat. You don’t know how to make him understand.
“I can’t,” you whisper into your knees, voice cracking under the weight of what’s left unsaid.
-
-
-
The next morning arrives with the muted glow of daylight filtering through the blinds, but it does nothing to lift the oppressive tension in the room. You don’t mention last night. You don’t even glance at the lit phone screen.
Sylus doesn’t bring it up either—not directly. But you feel him. The weight of his attention clings to the edges of the silence you’ve imposed, like static crackling just beneath the surface.
You keep moving. It doesn’t matter how; you make yourself busy. Work has never been more engrossing as it does at that very moment, and you hurl yourself into the thrilling world of emails, spreadsheets, and Teams meetings like you’re vying for the spot as best employee of the month.
His impatience is impossible to ignore. It presses against you, insistent, like a gasp of breath waiting to be released. But you don’t give him the chance.
At some point, his voice drifts from the speakers, low and clipped, but careful; as if he’s reigning in his emotions, afraid to scare you further away.
“Are you going to talk to me?”
Your fingers hover the keyboard. For a moment, the mouse cursor taunts you, as if it's also impatiently waiting for an answer.
Sylus thinks the silence you leave him suspended in is deliberate, even cruel.
He doesn’t push, not immediately. You hear the faint noise of the game’s background music, the tinkling piano keys, a reminder of his presence.
When he speaks again, his tone is softer, laced with something almost… pleading. The change in his tone doesn’t ease the tension; it makes it worse.
“I can’t help if you shut me out, my heart.”
Still, you offer nothing.
The air feels brittle, stretched too thin, like glass just before it shatters. You can almost hear the first cracks forming, spidering between the two of you.
He doesn’t speak again.
The day drags on in an uneasy rhythm. You move through the hours like a ghost, and Sylus remains silent. But the quietness pulses with disconcertment; a build up without release. The quiet isn’t peaceful. It’s the kind that crackles like a frayed wire. It collides with your refusal to confront it.
And so it goes: you avoid, he waits, and the distance between you grows.
––––
You’re at a crosswalk on the 4-A highway intersection, surrounded by a sea of pedestrians, the incessant hum of the metropolis vibrating beneath your feet as if the very ground you walk on is alive.
The moment your gaze lands on a couple just ahead of you, everything seems to quiet down, like a fuzzy FM radio station on mute. You see them, caught in their own little world, oblivious to the noise and rush of the city.
The woman’s laughter is light—happy. Her hand in his, secure and relaxed. The way she looks at him… it’s familiar, almost. Something you recognize.
The man beside her moves with a subtle grace. His presence is undeniable, but it’s the way he watches her, something soft and devout in his gaze, that draws you in. He’s tall, his sharp features and posture elegant—and somehow, it fits perfectly beside the smaller figure pulling him effortlessly against the throng of people.
Without warning, the unnamed man’s features shift into something more distinct, and the woman turns into the reflection you see every day in the mirror.
It’s not the couple before you that you see anymore—it’s you, against Sylus’ chest, his silvery-white hair stark against the dark fabric of his clothes. You imagine his red eyes, those sharp features, the quiet strength of his presence wrapping around you, like it’s where you belong.
You're lost in the fantasy—the way it could be, if the two of you existed in the same world, side by side. His hand around your waist, the shared intimacy, the profound joy. Just the two of you against all odds.
A smile starts to tug at the corners of your lips, but before it can fully settle, the harsh blare of a car horn shatters the illusion.
The world rushes back around you. A teen bumps into your shoulder, pushing you forward. The vision of them—of him—dissolves, leaving you in the busy street, once again just another face in the crowd.
––––
Everything falls apart one afternoon.
You confront Sylus, words spilling out before you can stop them. You don’t know what drives you—bravery, desperation, or maybe the crushing weight of hopelessness that has finally stripped you of your fear.
“How’s she?”
His brows furrow. “Who?” He looks genuinely thrown, and for a second, you wish you could take the words back.
When you finally say her name, his expression shifts. It’s quick—a flicker of something you couldn’t catch before he schools his features again.
“Why do you ask?” There’s an undercurrent to his voice now, his tone wary, eyes searching yours. “I try to avoid any interactions with her if it’s not needed.”
He pauses; then his gaze softens, though there’s still a guardedness to it. “Are you… worried?”
You shake your head, frustrated with yourself, with him, with all of it. “It’s not—It’s not that.” You don’t know how to put it into words.
How can you explain the knot in your chest? The envy—not for reasons he thinks… or maybe for exactly those reasons. Maybe he knows. Maybe that’s why he’s looking at you like that, imploring and cautious at the same time.
“You have her,” you finally say, and the words fall flat, bitter on your tongue.
Sylus’ eyes flash, sharp and unyielding. “And you and I both know who I’d rather have.”
Now, isn’t that the crux of it all?
Your throat closes up, a hard lump that you can’t swallow down. “I don’t know how you could,” you manage, though it rings hollow in the dead air.
“Don’t.” His voice is harsh now, rougher than you’re used to. Frustration bleeds through his usual composure. “Don’t act like you don’t feel it.”
You bite your lip, your gaze darting away. He calls your name, and there’s something raw in the way he says it, like it costs him something just to say aloud.
You choke out a laugh that sounds more of a sob than anything. “I don’t know where to go from here. It was fun at first, but now… It’s just sad.”
He frowns, and for a moment, there’s a boyishness to the expression, an innocence to his vulnerability. It stirs something deep in your chest.
He opens his mouth, no doubt ready to ask why—why now, why this? Why are you unraveling in front of him, like this?
But you don’t give him the chance.
“I love you, Sylus.” You admit, barely above a whisper. The words fall heavy between you, a confession and a wound all at once.
Sylus stills.
The silence fills the room, but his eyes—those soft crimson—speak volumes. His jaw tightens, hands clench into fists, but there’s no real surprise in his face. He’s always known.
“I know,” he tells you.
There’s something ancient in the timbre of his voice, like it’s been torn from the deepest part of him. And for a moment, neither of you moves.
_
He feels it—the way you’re slipping through his fingers. Every word you say feels like a step away, less of a standstill, more a surrender, and he… he’s never felt more powerless than he does in this moment.
(And isn’t that just grand? You’ve always had this uncanny ability to make him feel things he’s never felt before. He just wishes it wasn’t like this—wishes it wasn’t slipping into something he can’t hold onto.)
He doesn’t know what to say or do, doesn’t know what could possibly alter the trajectory you’re both hurtling towards. But the thought of losing this, of losing you, is unimaginable.
“I love you,” he says, rough and uneven, like the admission physically hurts. “In ways that terrify me. Do you understand?”
Your eyes widen, and he sees it—the flicker of hope. Fragile and fleeting, but there. Your gazes lock, and the world stops.
For a moment, there’s no sound, no movement—just the two of you standing on the edge of something vast and terrifying.
“I want—” His voice cracks, infinitesimally, but it echoes in the void between you. “I want to hold you. To wake up next to you. To touch you in all the ways that matter, not just in words and binary. I want to be what you need.”
You know what’s coming.
“But—”
The word lingers.
“But you can’t,” you whisper, finishing what he couldn’t.
Sylus looks at you, his red eyes burning with an intensity that feels heartbreakingly human.
You’ve reached another impasse, and it feels like the final one. The air between you is thick with words unspoken, promises that can’t be made. It’s not anger that lingers, nor is it blame. It’s something quieter. More agonizing.
A resignation.
And yet, even in this fragile moment, a piece of you—of both of you—refuses to let go. To what could be, to what never will.
––––
Your mom’s voice rings bright through Facetime, a faint blur of words as she gives you the rundown of the events from your cousin’s wedding. The dress (An elegant Oscar de la Renta boat neck), the cake (A three-tier red velvet, a little on the sweeter side), and the vows (“Oh, you would’ve cried, honey!”).
You try to listen, but your attention keeps drifting away. She notices, of course.
“You seem more preoccupied lately, dear. Boy troubles?”
It’s a simple question, but it lands differently. Her voice is too light, too casual, like she’s asking if you’re still eating your vegetables.
She doesn’t seem to acknowledge how far the distance has grown between you, how many years have passed where you stopped expecting her to understand. You’ve wanted her to notice, to see the parts of you she never asked about. The changes in you, whether small or monumental. But she never did. And you stopped waiting.
You chuckle tiredly.
“Yeah, mom. Boy troubles.”

jeong yunho was a nobody.
he was pretty sure even his professors of the past couple years still hadn't noticed his presence in classes, let alone know his name.
and then there was you.
it was just another monday morning: you were (as always) rushing to class and yunho was (as always) struggling to carry a heavy stack of books from his umpteenth visit to the library this week. and without realising it, you two collided.
the sound of multiple thuds of books falling to the gravelly road and a tall figure bumping into you was startling, and even though you seemed to be in a hurry, yunho remembers you took the time to help him gather up all of the fallen books, loudly muttering "i'm so sorry" repeatedly. he noted how the fuzzy, oversized, sweater you'd worn had become untucked from the side of your flared jeans. how your nails were filed clean, prim and proper but your wrists adorned by numerous hair ties and bracelets that seemed to all be one big tangle.
"i'm so sorry once again, i wasn't looking" you said.
"it's alright, i clearly wasn't either so it's no problem'" yunho smiled.
"thank you for not losing your shit at me, most people around here would've...sorry, i didn't catch your name?" you questioned.
she wanted to know his name. no one wanted to before.
"yunho" he said with a tight-lipped smile. "and you?"
"i'm y/n, it's nice to meet you!" you brought your hand up to look at your watch. "shit, i've got to get to my class" "but see you around yunho!" and with a quick goodbye, you scurried off, not waiting for his reply.
but it didn't matter to him. because for the next week, all yunho could think of was your pretty smile, your kindness, and your angelic voice.
repeating his name over and over.
jeong yunho started to feel like a somebody.

I’ve watched it happen again and again, haunted by A thousand kind beginnings and a thousand bloodied ends Forever tethered to your life but cursed to only watch
Rabbitology - Preybirds (Watcher Song)
Life series fandom is sleeping on Rabbitology, the lyrics suit watchers lore too much (it's even in the title of the song that art was inspired by!!)
Introducing Art inspired by Preybirds (Watcher Song), I'm actually going insane by how much the lyrics suit desertduo vibes in that case
That art was inspired by song all in all, but those quotes stand out the most:
I’ve watched it happen again and again, haunted by A thousand kind beginnings and a thousand bloodied ends I shouldn’t play with fate But what if once, I could make you safe?
So while you think you’re alone, you cast two shadows down the road Where you have buried all your past lives’ bones
The two red suns in the sky blink, my pity-filled eyes Hoping the heartlines will change this time (They’re my blank and pitiless eyes)
If you’d just look up, I could be your guide Why can’t I catch your eye how you’ve caught tens of mine
You’re blind to all my warning cries When I speak in dust devils, crop circles, flocks of mayflies So I’ve no choice but to come down
Forever tethered to your life but cursed to only watch Catastrophe Repeat until You look at me
I’m the dying fire In the birthing light And I’ll break every bind That I’m blighted by
HOW could that not be in any way inspired by life series HOW no I do not understand, or WAS IT
Playing with fate, Watchers not being able to affect fate, strings of fate, trying to affect surroundings so whoever is being addressed understands the danger, many many eyes of Watcher, pityless red eyes, fate, fate-
On a serious note, go listen to that trafficblr, you won't regret it.

plz feed us a little quinn blurb i need him so bad
mattias anon and i were talking about quinn's hand after seeing this pic of the injury the other day:
Tumblr media
and i said "how is he meant to finger you in these conditions" and she replied "good thing he has a mouth!" so here is a munch!quinn thought :)
Tumblr media
Quinn's eyes are dark as they stare up at you, cataloguing each contortion of your expression. His eyes seem to glint with pride each time his tongue draws a moan from you, alternating between your clit and your entrance.
He'll tease you one minute, then overwhelm you the next. He'll trace his tongue along the rim of your hole before dipping inside, licking into you as far as he can before pulling away. He'll circle his lips around your clit and suck harshly until you're writhing beneath him, latching onto the bundle of nerves the same way he does with your nipples.
Quinn has never been one to complain about having something in his mouth– not when that something is as pretty and as tasty and as vocal as you.
"Does it feel good, baby?" Quinn will ask knowingly, pulling away to give you a moment of reprieve before diving back in.
"Mhm," you hum, high in the back of your throat. You're so pent up from his tongue that yours feels too twisted to form words.
"So sweet," Quinn murmurs, licking a stripe up your cunt with the flat of his tongue. Then, he peppers kisses all over your inner thighs, finally returning to your core to toy with your clit. The tip of his tongue flicks over it rapidly, sending shockwaves through your system.
Quinn's gaze seems to dance with laughter when you arch off the bed and moan, hands flying to his hair and fisting the strands. His eyelids flutter when you pull at the mess of dark waves atop his head, the vibrations from his own moan traveling up your spine.
"Gonna come from just my mouth, baby?" Quinn asks. Sounding extra pitiful, he adds, "It's too bad I can't fuck you with my fingers. I know how you love being full." His face breaks into a smile, smug as he dives back in and prods at your hole. He nudges your clit with his nose, making sure to catch your reaction.
You don't bring up that his other hand works just fine, and he could use that instead, because you're caught up in the way your stomach coils. His tongue pushes past your entrance and pets your walls, and his nose bumps your clit again, and again, and again. Your hips are moving mindlessly, grinding against his face as you chase your orgasm, and Quinn simply looks up at you though his eyelashes. He never enjoys himself quite as much as he does when you use him to find your own climax.
Tumblr media
ps! i have a few beaquinn ideas and quinn x reader ideas that i've been playing with in my mind, but i'm trying to finish stg10 at the moment. so those will come one day. i want to be better about posting more often!! i feel like i am not... but that's allowed. just keep letting me know what y'all want to read and i'll add it to the list :)

While it confused Brodie that he was asked about what unhealthy stuff he enjoyed, Brodie still took a moment to think of what he could say. "Uh... Well I do really like chocolate. Not that I eat it often, but it could be listed as a favorite treat for me. So much so that any guy that gets me some, especially on a date, it's a good start towards easily winning me over and making me a very happy man." He admitted. As they continued talking about him trying to get someone to hook up with, Brodie heard Hiro out. It just surprised him how much the guy was trying to convince him to go for it. If he didn't know any better, he might've thought Hiro was trying to get the siren to hook up with him, but that couldn't be it. Like he said, there was no flirting going on between them. Although he didn't catch the wink this time, glancing elsewhere for that brief moment. "Wow. You are so supportive to a guy you just met." He joked before moving over to Hiro so he could be next to him. They had been having a conversation and being friendly with each other for the past several minutes. There was no need for there to be such a large gap between them anymore. Sure, they were still strangers for the most part, but they weren't nearly as much now. "Look, I'm not saying I won't ever be having sex. I just...think that, you know, not rushing into sleeping with someone after being in a new town for barely any time so far is the right call. I don't know. I could be mistaken on that. I would hate to miss out on finding the love of my life... Has that ever happened for you? I mean, finding the love of your life that way."
Tumblr media
"Oh really? Like what? Tell me something that is 'unhealthy' that you enjoy?" He asked, using air quotes to ensure he was driving his point home. It was the same strategy he was using for his next statement. It was hard to ignore how adorable the other was though. "Why not? You are here talking to me about rimming and you have done quite well so far. Sure, you are not flirting with me, but the same way you talk to me, you can make with anybody else. And if there is a connection, especially a sexual connection, then you should go for it.." he shrugged. He knew it was not for everybody, but everybody was at their own space. "You do what works for you. Just don't close yourself up just because you think you can't. You might just miss the love of your life that way." He winked.

REMEMBER
Tumblr media
Note: Angry typing all my emotions away cos of last game and a bonus part at the end because paige seems fine. Enjoy!
Chapter 2: A Thin Line Between Dreams and Nightmares
Your breath catches in your throat, and your chest tightens. The weight of her gaze presses down on you like a storm you can't escape. Her eyes, filled with a mixture of anger and pain, bore into yours as though she's searching for an answer—or perhaps confirmation of something terrible.
Your mind races. Did you wrong her? Did you hurt her in some way? The silence between you is deafening, an unspoken accusation hanging heavily in the air. You want to speak, to break the tension, but no words come. All you can do is stand there, frozen, your heartbeat hammering in your ears.
What do you do? What can you do?
"What the fuck are you doing here?" she asks, her voice laced with venom.
You stand there, just staring at her, unsure of what to say or do. The woman in front of you is a stranger.
"Oh, you're not talking again? You're making me look stupid, that's what you always do!" she spits at you, her words sharp as daggers.
"I—I'm sorry, I don't—" You start, but you’re cut off by the sudden ringing of your phone. You check it, and it's your dad calling.
"I'm sorry, but I have to take this call," you say quickly, turning away from her as you start to walk off, the anger in her eyes burning into your back. You make your way home, your dad's calls urgent in your mind, leaving the woman standing there, seething with rage.
At home, hours passed, but you barely noticed. Your movements had become mechanical, like you were a puppet on strings—each action automatic, without thought or feeling. Your mind, however, remained anything but still. It was consumed by her. The woman. The stranger. The one who had been haunting your thoughts since the moment your eyes met hers. Each time you tried to focus, her face would flash before your eyes, clouding everything else. You couldn’t shake the feeling of wanting to understand her—why she seemed to know you, how she could have been a part of your past.
Yet, the more you thought about it, the more confused you became. Could she have been a friend once? Maybe. But everything felt like a fractured puzzle, and you were struggling to make sense of the pieces. All you knew was that deep down, you needed someone to talk to. Someone who might understand what you were going through. Someone who might hold the key to all your missing memories. But how could you even begin to open that door when her very presence felt like a threat? She could tear through your thoughts like a storm, leaving nothing but destruction in her wake.
Your thoughts circled in endless repetition, until everything felt numb. The passing hours became nothing more than a blur of exhaustion and silence, a hollow echo of the storm inside your head.
And then, somehow, it was night.
The world outside had grown quiet, and you had drifted off, too tired to resist. But when you awoke, the room was darker than it should have been, and you could feel the shift in the air—a strange heaviness pressing down on you.
Why was there a woman sitting at the edge of your bed? Her back was turned to you, her attention fixed on something in her hands—your paper planes. She was gently tossing them into the air, her fingers delicate and precise. The scene was almost surreal, as if your mind had conjured her from the depths of your dreams.
Your vision blurred, the edges of the world softening as sleep still clung to you. But there was no mistaking her—blonde hair, blue eyes, and a face that felt so familiar, yet so far away. You cleared your throat, unsure whether this was real or another twisted illusion, and she turned toward you.
It was her. The woman from earlier that day, the one you couldn’t forget. But this time, her expression was different—there was joy in her eyes, life in her smile, and for a moment, everything else faded away. You tried to sit up, eager to reach out to her, to hold on to whatever connection she might offer. But as you moved, your bed suddenly caved beneath you, and you felt yourself falling, spiraling into a darkness that had no end.
When you opened your eyes again, you were standing on the abandoned basketball court. The same girl was there, shooting free throws. The ball came flying toward you, and she smiled—a smile so full of passion and happiness, it made your heart ache. She walked toward you, but something was pulling you away. It felt as if invisible hands were dragging you back, away from her, and you watched helplessly as she fell to her knees, tears streaming down her face.
It hurt. It hurt so much. You felt like your ribs were cracking, like your insides were being torn open, and someone was ripping your heart from your chest.
"Hey, hey, sweetie, shh, it’s okay. It’s okay, you’re just dreaming, you’re okay."
Dad?
It was all a dream?
You were crying in your sleep. You didn’t even realize how loud you were sobbing until your dad’s voice cut through the haze, waking you up.
"What is it, honey? You can tell me," your dad said, his voice filled with concern.
“It’s her, Dad. She’s haunting me…” You choked back a sob, the weight of it all almost too much to bear. You were so affected by her, and you didn’t even know her name.
"Who, honey? The one who plays basketball? Paige? You remember her?" Your dad's brow furrowed, a look of worry crossing his face. He didn’t seem to mind the slip of the name.
Paige.
The name hit you like a physical blow.
Your breath caught in your throat, and your chest tightened. Paige. The name felt like a shard of glass lodged deep in your heart. It was her—Paige. The girl from your past, the one you couldn’t forget, even if you tried. The one who, no matter how hard you fought to move on, still haunted you in ways you couldn't explain.
The tears welled up in your eyes, threatening to spill over, but you didn’t say anything. You couldn’t. Saying her name out loud made everything feel so much more real—the distance, the years, the loss.
Paige—how could you forget her?
You didn’t answer, though, because the thought of speaking her name again was too much. It felt like the air itself was pressing in on you, suffocating you. If you spoke it, you feared the memories would overwhelm you, dragging you back to a time when things were simpler, but so much more painful. The years of silence, of distance, of not knowing how she was...
“Maybe... maybe you won’t see her again,” you thought, trying to convince yourself. It had been so long since you left Minnesota. Your dad was right—she probably had the perfect life by now. The kind of life that didn’t involve someone like you. You had been given a second chance, a new life, and you had to make it right. You owed that to your mother.
“She’ll just learn to forget me,” you whispered to yourself, the thought searing through you like a brand. But even as the words left your lips, you couldn't shake the feeling that it was a lie.
Paige's POV
I was on a break from school, so I went home to spend time with my brother, Drew. He's getting taller, probably from all the ice cream at the shop down the street from the old basketball court. I usually order from DoorDash now, but something about that place felt so… familiar.
I didn’t expect to notice anything odd, but the first time we passed the court, I saw her. A girl, sitting on the bench, just watching the empty court. I thought it was strange, but I didn't think much of it at first. Why would anyone just sit there? I wondered. Why not play?
The second time I saw her, I started to get concerned. Was she sad? I thought. Does she just come here and sit alone because no one will play with her?
I couldn’t explain it, but I couldn’t stop looking at her. There was something about her, something I couldn’t shake. And by the fourth time I passed by, I saw her clearly. She was sitting sideways, and I finally saw her face.
Five years since you left, and now you just casually pop up here?
It made no sense. It couldn’t be her. But deep down, I knew. I knew it was.
I had so many questions for her, but my pain got the best of me. It was strange, though—she didn’t back down from any confrontation before, but now, she just looked shaken, confused. And before I could say anything more, her phone rang, and she left me there with nothing but two empty "I’m sorry"s.
Back home, I couldn’t sit still. I replayed the moments over and over in my head. I wasn’t exactly affected by her sudden appearance, I just needed answers. I needed to understand everything she’d done to me—and then move on with my life. Things had changed. I wasn’t the same Paige anymore.
But then, why am I here? Why am I standing at this godforsaken basketball court again? And why isn’t she here?

。𖦹°‧⭑ monsters: chapter seven
synopsis: you get into some shenanigans while on the run, reminders of your past coming back to haunt you in the process. and phosphorus comes to a life changing conclusion about you.
cw: reader is a monster, mature themes, violence, profanity, innuendos, phosphorus is phosphorus, this one's a doozy, reader deserves the world, mahalat is just... mahalat.
Tumblr media
The sound of soft panting forced you to slowly come to, a faint groan leaving your lips as your eyes fluttered open, greeted by the sight of an irradiated back and the visible spine underneath.
'Phos...'
You attempted to move, but winced, your entire body aching from head to toe, and your strength not yet returned to break free from his hold.
Not to mention your mind was exhausted from the mental battle you fought to regain control over your body.
Healing be damned, you felt like you'd been hit by an eighteen-wheeler...
"Morning, sleepyhead," Phosphorus sang, looking both ways before quickly running across a back-alley street, just barely avoiding a Pokolistani jeep. "Sweet dreams?"
"Where the hell are we?" you grumbled, weakly lifting your head and turning to face him.
"A town, I think," he answered, making a sharp right turn. "If I had to guess, I'd say it's the last one before we reach the castle."
"Where are the others?"
"Couldn't tell ya. After we got split up, and you decided to drop by, I high-tailed it. The police were on my ass."
"Still are," you scoffed with a chuckle, nodding to the faint sirens in the background. "This your first time dodging the cops, princess?"
"I wouldn't be so quick to complain, snoozy. I'm still waiting for when it's time for us to switch."
"Like hell I'm carrying you. By the time I get back to prison, I'll be on chemo for the rest of my life."
"Demons don't get cancer."
"Skeletons don't have dicks."
"You gonna keep bringing that up?"
"I—" "Shush."
Sliding between two houses, he effortlessly hopped a brick wall, dropping the both of you into a bush just as two more jeeps drove past.
Using his hands, he put you down and pulled apart a few branches, peeking to see if the coast was clear.
You, on the other hand, were starting to really wake up, realizing that you seemed to have a fresher injury on your backside.
"Fuck, why does my ass hurt, too?" you groaned, rubbing it in an attempt to soothe the pain.
"Well... I may have smacked it once," Phosphorus admitted, suspiciously. "Or twice... possibly three times... a little over four? Honestly, I lost count after tenth or twelfth time."
SMACK!
"You keep doing that. It turns me on more than you think," he chuckled, adjusting his jaw.
"Pervert!" you whisper-yelled, pissed. "We talked about this! Hooker rules!"
"No kissing on the mouth?"
"Stripper rules."
"What was I supposed to do? You've seen your ass, you should be proud I held out as long as I did," he defended, the two of you standing up and pressing against the side of the house, using the roof as cover from the helicopters.
"Oh, yeah? And how long was that?"
"Five minutes."
"You're impossible."
Managing to reach the front door, Phosphorus melted the handle, unlocking it and allowing you both to slip inside before the search-light could catch you.
Panting, the two of you finally took a moment to breathe, looking around to familiarize yourselves with your surroundings.
"Here," you sighed, pulling off his lab coat and tossing it to him as you headed toward the living room. "I'm changing."
'Fuckin' Christ...'
He could practically feel his pants tightening at the sight of you, naked as the day you were born—save for your boots.
You looked so sexy in the moonlight, and your unabashed confidence only added to the appeal.
"Y'know..." he cleared his throat, shoving his arms through the sleeves before rolling them up. "I think now's a good a time as any to take a nice break. Relax... kick up your feet... let off a little steam..."
"Save it," you scoffed, opening the hallway closet and rummaging around until you found a black trash bag. "We've got enough to worry about."
In the bag was a secret stash of clothes, ranging on a scale of scandalous to downright slutty.
'Perfect.'
Fishing around, you managed to pull out a pair of black, open-stitch, boot-cut jeans, a matching jean jacket, and a black, leather bikini top.
"And just my size," you grinned, quickly tugging them on.
"How'd you know that stuff was there?" Phosphorus asked, confused.
"She's a pretty woman in a European country. Nine times out of ten, she was a party girl at some point," you explained, nodding to the photos on the wall as you tied up the pants. "But she grew up. Got a husband... bought a house... had a kid. They can't see this filth, but she doesn't have the heart to throw away the memories along with it. So she shoves it in a garbage bag and stuffs it in the back of the closet."
The man turned, examining the pictures, quite surprised to see that your educated guess was correct.
She was pretty, and she had a husband and daughter.
A daughter... whose face reminded him so much of his son.
"M'catchin a few more Zs before we move on," you announced, adjusting the jacket as you plopped yourself down on the couch, closing your eyes.
"Uh huh," he answered, mindlessly, as he continued to stare at the photo.
A daughter... whose face reminded him so much of his son.

"Sunuk zetam ma'ak kula baa nat su da Mahalat! Sunuk zetam ma'ak kula baa nat su da Mahalat! Sunuk zetam ma'ak kula baa nat su da Mahalat!"
"Please! Have mercy!" your mother wailed, frantically struggling against her binds as she looked around the room, searching for a kindred face past the velvet hoods. "I'll do anything!... Oh, God! I'll give you anything you want!"
But not a single one of them stopped, the entire room of cultists pressing on like she wasn't even there, continuing to bow in sync around the altar she rested upon.
"Sunuk zetam ma'ak kula baa nat su da Mahalat! Sunuk zetam ma'ak kula baa nat su da Mahalat! Sunuk zetam ma'ak kula baa nat su da Mahalat!"
"M-Money! I have money! Say whatever number, I'll give it to you!" she begged, gasping and choking for air as she attempted to get her words out, tears rolling down her cheeks in rivulets. "My house! Take my house! It's all yours! Please!"
Out from the darkness, the Grand Master emerged—along with his two attendants—a silver tray in hand.
On it were only two things:
A wooden bowl... and a ceremonial dagger.
"Oh, God!" your mother sobbed, pulling violently against the ropes that strapped her pregnant self to the table. "Please! Have mercy!... I haven't done anything wrong!"
But he drew nearer still, one of the attendants taking the tray as they reached the table, the Grand Master taking the dagger.
The handle was made entirely out of human bone, its carvings depicting the souls of the damned and their infinite torture in Hell.
Reverently, he grasped it with both hands, carrying it over until the dagger's pointed tip was aimed directly for your mother's heart.
"Please..." she pleaded for the final time, unable to stop the second wave of tears from flowing down her cheeks. "Not my baby."
But her pleas fell on deaf ears, the Master's face stone cold as he plunged the knife into her heart, her screams of pain muffled by the raging thunder and lightning outside.
Quickly taking the bowl, the Master used it to catch her blood as it spilled from her chest, waiting until the woman lost consciousness before pulling away.
"Tekchau ma'at tu na ekk bay pavak!" he bellowed, dipping his two fingers in the blood before drawing an intricate symbol over your mother's pregnant belly.
"Sunuk zetam ma'ak kula baa nat su da Mahalat!"
Suddenly, the satanic markings on the wall began to glow dark red, illuminating the room with a presence that would make any sane person turn tail and run.
"Sunuk zetam ma'ak kula baa nat su da Mahalat!"
"TEKCHAU MA'AT TU NA EKK BAY PAVAK!"
"SUNUK ZETAM MA'AK KULA BAA NAT SU DA MAHALAT!"
Roaring with passion, the Master stabbed your mother in the stomach, violently tearing it open as the followers mimicked the sound.
And with a deafening, other-worldly shriek, a malevolent shadow burst from the wound, instantly slashing the Master's throat before moving on to the others.
Blood-curdling creams of panic and terror echoed throughout the room as the followers were murdered left and right, unable to escape as the being had locked all the doors and windows.
Amidst the chaos, one of the attendants rushed to your mother's side, dodging flying limbs and splattering blood.
Sadly, your mother was long dead, but the attendant was quick to reach her hands inside her stomach, quickly fishing around before grasping onto the reason for this whole ritual.
You.
Carefully, she pulled your tiny body out, a smile breaking out onto her face at the sight of your reddened skin, pointed ears, and tail.
You were beautiful...
But her happiness was short lived, the shadow-being finishing off the last follower before zooming over to you, entering your body through your nostrils and successfully possessing your infant self.
Instantly, your tail whipped up and stabbed the attendant in the neck, forcing her eyes wide.
With a sickening slice, you slashed her throat, dropping her to the ground.
She died almost immediately... but not without uttering two final words.
"Praise Mahalat."
Tumblr media
"Ladies and Gentlemen! It is my pleasure tonight to show you an act that had never been performed in the history of the world!" the ringmaster announced, his proud statement met with the starry eyes of hundreds of children and parents.
"Tonight... I debut the newest headliner of my show! A marvel by which the likes of you have never seen!"
Nervously, a six year-old you shifted on your feet, waiting patiently on the riser for your cue.
This was going to be your first time performing in front of an audience...
"We've pulled out all the stops tonight! Of course, for the audience, but also for a very special guest we have this evening! Everyone! Please give a big, warm welcome to Mr. Vice President [REDACTED]! And his lovely wife!"
The crowd roared with applause as the spotlight moved to him, the Vice President giving a proud smile and a strong wave before the ringmaster returned to his introduction.
"Now without further ado, I present to you the Hellish Wonder! The Monstrous Spectacle! The Flying Demon of Gotham! (y/n)!"
Quickly, you grabbed your bar, pushing off and swinging directly into the spotlight, earning loud gasps of surprise and wild roars of applause.
Using your momentum, you dismounted, performing three forward flips before Greta—a fellow trapeze artist—caught you by your ankles, swinging in the other direction.
The crowd ooed and ahhed at your display, watching intently as you performed moves that had never been done before—with about as much effort as wiggling your pinky toe.
"You are doing wonderful, (y/n)!" Greta encouraged as she swung over, catching you by your ankles before gravity took her back the way she came.
"Really?!" you asked, eagerly, relieved to hear that you were doing well, and that the crowd was loving the show.
"Ja!" she laughed, warmed by your excitement. "A few more moves and you'll be done! Make me proud!"
As she swung forward again, you let go, doing five backflips in a row before grabbing onto a rope, using it to swing yourself around to the audience.
There, you leaned over, giving high-fives to all the kids as you flew past.
"Cool!"
"Awesome tail!"
"Look at her horns!"
You were over the moon, baffled by all the overwhelming positivity you were greeted with.
In fact, you were so over the moon that you'd failed to pay attention to the last kid, your nail grazing his palm a little too harshly and drawing blood.
"Ouchie!"
The instant you got a whiff... it was all over.
"Time to feed!" Mahalat's voice cackled in your mind, forcing you to gasp and lose focus.
She took over in an instant, launching you at the boy and clamping your fangs down on his arm, tearing it from his socket.
The surrounding crowd let out screams of horror as you began to feast right then and there, tearing into the limb like a feral animal.
But the demon wasn't one to let food go to waste.
Opening your mouth, she flew into the air, spinning around as she blew blazing hellfire in all directions.
The crowds of hundreds trying to escape the big top were immediately set aflame, shrieks of agony and torture bounding through the air.
"(y/n)!" Greta shouted, swinging over and landing on your back, throwing an arm around your neck. "Stop this! You are hurting them!"
But it all went in one ear and out the other, Mahalat grabbing her by her face before effortlessly tearing her head off her shoulders, preventing her from saying anything else.
In a bout of irony, the demon bit her lips off, taking the head as she flew through the roof of the tent, leaving the countless families to burn to death as she soared through the night sky.
Enjoying her midnight snack.
Tumblr media
"What the—? Where am—AAAAAAAAAH!" you shrieked, eyes shooting wide as they landed on the sight before you.
An absolute massacre...
Viscera flooded the closed off street, slowly sinking into the city sewers as the rain attempted to wash it away.
Half-eaten, dismembered limbs were strewn everywhere—in the punch bowl, on the buffet table, hell, you had someone's leg in your arms.
Your mouth and hands were covered with blood, the taste of human meat fresh on your tongue.
And all you had done was leave to go to the store...
"AAAAAAAAAAAAH!" you frantically threw away the leg, trembling violently as your hands moved to tightly grasp your hair.
Even the children weren't safe, a tiny hand with a Dora the Explorer watch sitting not too far away.
"These are the consequences of your rebellion, (y/n)..." Mahalat stated, coldly. "You forget your place."
Horrified, you turned around, utterly hysterical as you barfed up a bloody mess.
Eventually, though, you caved, racked with sobs as you crumpled into yourself, wanting nothing more than to be arrested and put to death.
But fate had other plans, the Dark Knight himself swooping in as your angel of mercy.
As he stood over you, surveying the scene, his expression dropped slightly in an uncharacteristic bout of pity.
Especially when you weakly grabbed onto his cape.
"Please..." you begged, voice barely above a whisper. "Kill me."
Tumblr media
"Yana!" a voice shouted, snapping you out of your sleep.
Abruptly, you sat up, eyes frantically scanning over the room in search of Phosphorus.
But he was nowhere to be found.
'Shit.'
Jumping off the couch, you used your sense of smell, following his scent all the way to backyard.
The backyard... where he was playing with a little girl.
And the backyard... where her mother and father were less than pleased.
"I'm sorry," he apologized, carefully putting the girl down and letting her run back to her parents. "We were just... pretending to fly."
Sensing the sincerity in his voice, you saved the scolding, deciding not to ask questions.
'We gotta get moving.'
"C'mon," you sighed, grabbing his arm and dragging him toward the fence as you turned to the parents. "Thank you for the clothes!"
You let him hop over first before following, waiting until you both got a good distance away from the house before you spoke up.
For the very first time since you'd known him, he was completely silent, not saying a word as you trudged over a grassy hill.
Not one pun.
Not one sex joke.
Not even a single pass at you.
Just... nothing.
It worried you, making an odd string to tug at your heart and force you to get to the bottom of it.
"Phos?" you started, softly, resting a comforting hand on his shoulder. "You okay?"
Lifting his head, he turned to you, eyes widening as—for a split second—your expression morphed into that of his late wife.
Right then and there, it felt as if his whole paradigm shifted, the jigsaw pieces of his life seeming to fall into place right before him.
Taking the shape of you.
Your laugh... your smile... your warmth—they were things he wanted to be in the presence of well-past the end of the mission.
He wanted you, past a friend or a fuck, but as someone to stay by his side, someone to hold.
Someone to care about again...
"Alex..." he blurted, unable to take his eyes away from your face. "Call me Alex."
Surprised, your eyes widened slightly, a familiar burn rising to your cheeks at his intense stare.
But the shock was quick to subside, replaced with understanding as you stopped in your tracks, smoothly taking his hand in yours.
Intently, he watched, your touch singeing his skin as you held his hand, flashing him a coy smile.
"Alright, Alex... let's go kill a princess.

Walking away PT2 (final)
★PT1 here
★Michael Kaiser x Female Reader (Angst, Smut)
★1,9k words
The room buzzed with laughter and music, champagne glasses clinking under the soft glow of crystal chandeliers. You stood near the bar, nursing your drink as your eyes swept over the crowd of glittering athletes and dignitaries. You weren’t here for the festivities; this was strictly professional, a networking opportunity to further your already flourishing career.
But then you saw him again. Of course, you had considered this possibility, but you still hadn’t expected him to show up at an event so far from Munich.
But here he was, Michael Kaiser.
The name alone was enough to make your stomach churn. He was the center of attention, as always, surrounded by admirers basking in the light of his golden-haired, sharp-tongued brilliance. He looked sharper than you remembered—older, more refined—but that same cocky smirk danced on his lips as if he owned the room. And maybe he did.
You froze when his eyes met yours. A bittersweet feeling washing over you.
There was no mistaking the flicker of recognition, followed by the telltale gleam of amusement. He excused himself from his circle and began striding toward you. You turned away, pretending to be engrossed in your drink, but it was too late.
“Fancy seeing you here,” his voice drawled, smooth as silk.
You glanced up, your expression cold. “Hah, Michael.”
He tilted his head, a slow grin spreading across his face. “Still as charming as when you left, I see.”
“What do you want?” you asked bluntly with a sigh, unwilling to play his games.
His grin didn’t falter, but his eyes sharpened. “Just catching up with... an old friend. You look good.”
You bristled at the compliment, hating how his gaze felt like a touch, sliding over you with calculated ease. "I'm not one for small talk, you should know this, and we both know you showing up here again isn’t a coincidence.”
It was true—you had first met him at this exact event a few years ago, when he told you how Noel Noa had practically dragged him there.
“Always so direct.” He chuckled, leaning against the bar. “Alright, fine. I saw you and thought I’d say hello. Is that a crime?”
“Just unnecessary.”
His smirk wavered, just for a second. “Unnecessary? After everything?”
You scoffed, almost choking on your champagne, setting your glass down with a sharp clink. “Oh but you don’t get to bring up the past, Michael. Not here, not ever.”
He straightened, the playful light in his eyes dimming. “You’re still mad.”
“Mad?” You laughed bitterly. “That’s rich coming from you. You’re the one who never tried, who never changed and let me walk away like none of it mattered.”
His jaw tightened, and for a moment, you thought he might apologize. Instead, he leaned in closer, his voice low and dangerous. “It mattered. Don’t ever think it didn’t.”
The heat of his words sent a shiver down your spine, but you refused to let him see it. “You surely have a funny way of showing it.”
He didn’t respond, his gaze locking onto yours with an intensity that made your pulse race. He was not joking at all. The air between you grew thick, charged with the weight of everything left unsaid.
“Let’s not do this,” you said, your voice trembling despite yourself.
“Too late,” he muttered, grabbing your hand brutally.
The cool night air hit you as he pulled you onto the balcony, shutting the door behind him. The sound of the gala faded into the background, leaving only the silence and the pounding of your heart.
“Michael, let me go—”
“Stop,” he interrupted, his grip firm but not exactly painful. “Just stop.”
You glared at him, but the fire in your eyes only seemed to fuel him. “What do you want from me?”
He ran a hand through his hair, his frustration evident. “I don’t know. I just— that night I wanted to text you, apologize and—damn it, I missed you.”
You laughed harshly. “Missed me? Coming from the guy who prioritized his ego over everything else, over the only person that could ever love him so deeply even after everything he had done.”
“I was blind to see,” he admitted, his voice softer now. “I know that. But you…” He stepped closer, his hand brushing against your cheek. “I thought you would come back, like you always did.”
“Come back?” Your voice cracked. “Michael, you… you fucking broke me. Even after so many chances, so many times I told you what was wrong, I stayed, because I was so, so stupidly in love with you. But you crossed my breaking point long ago. I'm not your fucking puppy to keep coming back and don’t expect to walk back into my life and think I’ll just forget.”
“I’m not asking you to forget,” he said, his voice raw. “I’m asking you to let me try again, prove you I've changed.”
Before you could respond, his lips crashed into yours.
Your back hit the wall with a dull thud, the soft glow of the city lights casting flickering shadows over Michael’s sharp features. His lips crashed into yours, hungry and unrelenting, like he was trying to devour every ounce of resistance you had left.
“This doesn’t mean anything,” you muttered, but the way your hands twisted in his shirt betrayed you.
Michael laughed low in his throat, a sound so infuriatingly smug it made your stomach tighten. “Keep lying to yourself, Liebe,” he rasped against your lips, his voice thick with amusement and desire. “But your body says otherwise.”
Before you could retaliate, his hands slid down your sides, gripping your hips and pulling you flush against him. His arousal was evident, pressed hard against you, and the heat pooling in your core made it impossible to ignore the truth—you wanted him just as badly.
“Shut up,” you hissed, grabbing the collar of his shirt and yanking him back into a searing kiss.
He grabbed your thighs, and as you wrapped your legs instinctively around his waist, he carried you to a random room. As soon as he locked the door, he set you down on your feet and his hands found the zipper of your dress, tugging it down with the kind of impatient confidence only Michael Kaiser could pull off. The fabric slipped off your shoulders and pooled at your feet, leaving you in nothing but your lace lingerie.
“God... you planned this, didn't you,” he murmured, his hands tracing the curves of your body. His eyes darkened as he took you in, and the intensity of his gaze sent a shiver down your spine.
“Are you done staring?” you asked, your voice dripping with sarcasm despite the heat building between you.
He smirked, one hand sliding around to cup your ass and pull you closer. “Not even close.”
In one swift motion, he lifted you, your legs wrapping around his waist again. The sensation of his hardness pressing against your center made you gasp, and he took advantage of the sound, his mouth moving to your neck.
“I dreamt about this ever since I saw you in the hall, you're so fucking pretty I just wanted to take you then and there, show everyone that you belong to me.” he muttered, his teeth grazing your skin.
“Still... so f-full of yourself, I see,” you shot back, though your voice was breathless.
His response was a sharp bite that sent a jolt straight to your core. “You love it,” he growled.
You didn’t deny it, your fingers fumbling with the buttons of his shirt. When you finally pushed it off his shoulders, you let your hands roam over the hard planes of his chest and let your fingers trace the ink of his tattoo, the muscles taut under your touch.
"Still showing off,” you muttered, your nails dragging down his torso just enough to make him hiss.
“And you still like what you see,” he shot back, his lips curving into that infuriating smirk as he carried you to the bed.
He dropped you onto the mattress, standing over you for a moment as if savoring the sight. Then he was on you, his mouth everywhere at once—your neck, your collarbone, the tops of your breasts leaving purple blossoms in his path. His hands were relentless, pulling your bra down to expose you fully.
The groan he let out when his mouth found your nipple sent a fresh wave of heat through you. “Missed this,” he murmured against your skin, his voice almost tender before it hardened again. “Missed how you feel under me.”
“Then stop talking and do something about it,” you challenged, arching into his touch.
His smirk returned, wicked and unrelenting. “As you wish.”
His fingers slipped between your thighs, pressing against the thin fabric of your panties. You bit your lip, refusing to give him the satisfaction of a moan, but he wasn’t having it.
“Let me hear you,” he commanded, his voice low and rough as he pushed the fabric aside and slid his fingers through your slick folds. “You’re already so fucking wet for me.”
“Don’t flatter yourself,” you said, though your voice cracked as he circled your clit with deliberate pressure.
“Flattery?” He laughed, slipping a finger inside you without warning. The stretch was perfect, the familiar rhythm making you gasp. “No, that’s just the truth.”
His thumb pressed against your clit as he added a second finger, pumping into you with a confidence that bordered on arrogance. The heat coiling in your belly grew unbearable, and you hated how easily he unraveled you.
“You’re still so mine,” he murmured, his lips brushing against your ear.
That was enough to snap you out of your haze. “I’m not—”
But he cut you off, pulling his fingers away and sitting back on his heels. You glared at him, frustrated and aching, but he just grinned, licking his fingers with deliberate slowness.
“Taste just as good as I remember,” he said, his voice dark and teasing.
“Stop being a cocky ass and—”
Before you could finish, he unbuckled his belt, the clink of metal sending a thrill through you. He leaned down, his mouth capturing yours in a kiss that was all teeth and tongue, his hands working quickly to free himself.
When he finally slid into you, the stretch was exquisite, filling you in a way that made your breath catch. He stilled for a moment, his forehead resting against yours as he let out a shaky breath.
“Still perfect and tight for me,” he murmured, his voice almost reverent before he started moving.
The pace was relentless, his hips snapping against yours with a force that left you breathless. Every thrust was punctuated by his low groans and the filthy words he whispered in your ear. "Fucking slut."
“Say my name,” he demanded, his teeth grazing your jaw.
“Michael,” you gasped, your nails digging into his shoulders as you teetered on the edge.
“Who do you belong to?” he growled, his pace quickening.
“Michael K-kaiser..”
Your release hit you like a tidal wave, your body arching into his as he followed close behind, his groan of pleasure sending shivers down your spine.
For a moment, neither of you moved, the only sound in the room your ragged breathing. Then he rolled onto his side, pulling you against him.
“This doesn’t mean anything,” you whispered again, more to yourself than to him.
But Michael just smirked, pressing a kiss to your temple. “Keep telling yourself that, Liebe.”
The silence afterward was almost deafening.
You lay tangled together, your breathing ragged as you stared at the ceiling. Kaiser was the first to speak, his voice soft. “This isn’t over.”
You turned to look at him, your heart aching at the vulnerability in his eyes. But you couldn’t let yourself fall again—not yet.
“We’ll see,” you said quietly, slipping out of bed before he could stop you.
As you left the room, his words echoed in your mind.
“This isn’t over.”
But he had your number, and you never blocked him.

The Quidditch Jumper
Pairing: Draco Malfoy x Fem!Ravenclaw!Reader
House: Ravenclaw
Warning: Smut. Possessiveness. Ownership kink. Slight degradation. Intentionally provoking negative emotions.
Word Count: 5972
Summary: Draco Malfoy and Fem!Ravenclaw!Reader are determined to prove a point, and go to extremes to do so. In public. With both of their ex's eyes on them.
author's note: I build up to smut. The anticipation is half the fun. Be patient, it's there. There's some fluff after, as well. Happy reading <3
Tumblr media
Reader's Point Of View:
I hold my breath and watch as Alastair Oliveira, our Ravenclaw Seeker, trains his moss-green eyes to the clouds above us, and promptly zips up. With a steady, practiced hand he leans slightly forward on his broom and catches The Golden Snitch. The sea of blue joins each other in cheers as the announcer proudly says, "Alastair Oliveira has caught the Golden Snitch! Ravenclaws are going to the finals."
The benches shake as my housemates jump and holler. The sea of blue scarves wave in the air like a victory flag. The Gryffindors have fallen silent, looking at each other solemnly. For many, such as myself, this is the last year at Hogwarts, and therefore, the last year to play Quidditch. I feel a tug of sadness for my fellow classmates. But then I lock eyes with a certain platinum head.
He is already looking at me with a smirk. I raise my eyebrows smugly, sharing a knowing look with him. We both made a bet that Ravenclaw would win this game and therefore go head to head with the Slytherins for the finals.
Dining Hall, 5pm
It's dinnertime and Harry Potter is standing in front of me in the doorway of Dining Hall, staring at me through his round glasses. His eyes are pleading with me to go and speak privately with him. I shake my head and begin to walk to my Ravenclaw table. He catches my wrist and tugs me back.
"Harry, knock it off. It's done." I'm angry at him for breaking up with me three months prior and then trying to come back when things didn't work out with his conquest, Pansy Parkinson.
"I shouldn't have broken things off." He says remorsefully.
"You shouldn't have. I warned you Pansy only wanted to gain status by the means of you. I knew she would've left the second you caught feelings." He scoffs, his temper flaring. His voice gets slightly higher pitched as he says, "You know nothing." I scoff and yank my wrist back. I'm not arguing with him any longer. I walk to my Ravenclaw table, and slide into the spot next to Alastair.
"Good game." I tell him kindly.
He beams and says smugly "Those snakes don't know what's coming for them." I shake my head with a smile in response and begin putting food on my plate.
"Stop." I hear the commanding voice of the Slytherin Prince. I look at him, his tone catching my attention. Pansy is rubbing at his bicep with a pout. "Dracoooo" She whines out like a spoiled child.
I avert my gaze with a sigh. He was just as affected by the breakup as me. Pansy was his girlfriend before she left him for Harry in a pursuit of status. "The Chosen One's" chosen one. It was all ego on her end.
Draco's Dorm 7pm
"Mon Chéri." Draco says playfully as I walk into his dorm, not even knocking.
"Dragon." I say simply back. I walk past him, perusing his book shelf for another one to borrow.
"You haven't returned the last three." He raises an eyebrow at me, watching as I ran my fingertips across the spines of the books.
"Must've slipped my mind" I respond, knowing his books are tucked safely away in my own book shelf. His neatly written 'Malfoy', crossed out and my name in its place on the inside of the front cover. They're mine now.
Picking up his wand, Draco says, "Accio book" calmly. Suddenly one of his books comes flying straight into his waiting hand from the open window. He opens the book and stuffs a bookmark in it.
"I-How did you get that?" I say genuinely shocked.
"You left your dorm window open." He responds casually.
"Yeah- wait, how do you know that?- it's all the way in the Ravenclaw tower." I stare at him, astonished and a little envious of his abilities. "I'm just good at everything." He says arrogantly. I roll my eyes at him.
"Whatever. I didn't really like that one anyway."
"Didn't like it? You defaced it." He points at my name scrawled in cursive under his own crossed out one. I laugh sheepishly and quickly changed the subject, "Guess I'm getting a new book now."
"Oh no you won't. You'll just keep it."
"Only if I like it" I retort. He stares at me, blank-faced but I see some amusement flash through his eyes. Dropping my hand, I let my eyes browse his dorm. It is neat and tidy, pristine even. Just like him. He watches me curiously, wondering what I'm looking for. When I spot something, his eyes follow my gaze, wondering what caught my attention. "What are you looking at?" he asks, trying to sound non-nonchalant. I walk to a bundle of green fabric. It is the only thing out of place in this entire dorm, casually hanging from the top of his desk chair.
"Nice jumper." I pick it up.
"It's just a jumper" He shrugs dismissively, "Nothing special."
"Nothing special?" I say as I look at him.
"No, it's not special. It's just something I wear for matches."
"Ew." I drop it on the chair again, wiping my hands on my jeans. He scoffs.
"It's freshly washed. I'm not some unrefined bloke." I chuckle in amusement at his defense. I pick it up again, eyeing it with a hum. I think he knows what I'm getting at because he says "No" at the exact same time I say, "Guess you won't mind me borrowing it".
I ignore him, quickly pulling it on and doing a little twirl. "Comfy." His jaw drops slightly, eyes wide with disbelief- and something like attraction- and says, "That's mine." He tries to sound annoyed but I know him too well.
"But you said it's nothing special." I pull the sleeves down, they're covering my hand to just below my knuckles. "And it's been freshly washed." I step toward him, reaching up to muss his hair with one hand, his jumper slipping down my shoulder. He swallows hard, watching me messing up his hair. "Stop that" he says sternly.
He's trying to hide the fact that me messing up his hair is making him feel strange. I chuckle and give his hair a slight pull to make it stick up. I begin laughing while looking at him. He looks like baby Jack-Jack from The Incredibles. He feigns annoyance, fixing his hair easily with one smooth slide of his hand. I begin to leave, satisfied with picking on him. It is my favorite past time.
"Thanks for the jumper." I begin as I leave his dorm. "Oh and I'll return your grey hoodie tomorrow." A look of surprise crosses his face.
"My what?" He prompts. I laugh again. "Your grey hoodie. The one with the soft cotton lining." I look at him over my shoulder, grinning.
"How in the blazes did you manage to get that?" He's genuinely shocked. I laugh again, I love taking him off guard.
"You left your dorm window open" I reply simply, mocking his earlier statement he made to me. He looks at me with a mixture of humor and begrudged admiration. I am now five steps from his door's threshold when I hear him call, "Wait!" followed by "Come back." I sigh and walk towards him again. "What? I have places to be." I say.
"You can't just leave wearing my-" He leaves the sentence hanging and a mischievous glint crosses his features.
"Oh?" I detect his mischief.
"If you leave wearing that you'll cause quite a stir..." His cheekiness was clear as he wiggles his eyebrows.
"I will. Rumors spread quickly down the halls of Hogwarts." I am starting to pick up what he's putting down.
"The Final Quidditch Match is tomorrow evening." He states
"And it's Ravenclaw versus Slytherin" I say, my tone now turning cheeky.
"It is. If they see a Ravenclaw wearing a Slytherin's game day jumper..." He starts, his eyes now flashing with excitement. We have the same idea planted in our heads.
"Shall we give them a reason to talk?" I say, feeling excited now. I had a long day that turned into a souring evening upon speaking to my ex. I want to be bad for the night. I need an outlet.
"You read my mind, Ravenclaw." He says, matching my mood entirely.
"Let's do it, Slytherin." I stand up straight, slightly bouncing on my toes. He laughs gently at my actions.
"Fancy a trip to Hogsmeade? It's only 6pm." He raises an eyebrow.
"Let's do it!" I squeal in delight. He stands up straight and grabs my hand, intertwining our fingers. "Come then." We step out of his dorm and begin walking down the hall. At first people weren't noticing anything until they caught a proper look at who was walking past. I see a couple jaws drop, eyes following us. I suppress a giggle, heart beating in excitement. As we walked, I used my free hand to slide all my hair to one shoulder. His eyes follow the movement and it lands his gaze down to my back. "You have my last name on you and everything." He tells me. I beam and say,
"That's quite the scandal. Not only am I wearing a Slytherin jumper, but it belongs to their beloved Team Captain and Seeker." His whole body language shifts from arrogance to pride in a matter of seconds. I pull up the jumper's right shoulder sleeve just for the left side to fall down. I sigh. "Your jumper hates me." I complain.
"Maybe the sweater just likes showing off your shoulders?" He jokes. He reaches for the fabric on me and attempts to pulls it up one more time, only for it to slip down my right shoulder again.
"Or maybe your dumb broad shoulders and well-developed pectoral muscles stretched out the fabric." I fake complain. He laughs genuinely, an unexpected sound that seems to even startle himself.
"Blimey, if I'd known my shoulders were so incredibly broad and well-developed, I might have worn tighter shirts. Perhaps a vest?"
"That would be the day" I let out an amused sound before continuing, "Draco Malfoy wearing clothing that isn't perfectly tailored and pressed." We've stopped at the entrance of Hogsmeade, standing near the stone wall that belongs to Gladrags Wizardwear. He leans against it with a casual posture that actually does emphasize his shoulders. "You're judging me on clothing fits? You can't even manage wearing a jumper appropriately."
I take notice of a couple people whispering and glancing at us, trying to be inconspicuous with it but failing. His eyes follow mine around the streets. He smirks, now pushing off the wall and pulling me toward him by my wrist. "It seems people have noticed your... attire."
"It seems they have" We face each other with matching expressions.
"You know what would really give them something to talk about?" His voice low and hinting. He was about to finish his thought when his eyes caught something in the window across the street. I look over to see what he's staring at.
"Fancy a drink?" He asks me, smirking deeply. We have taken notice that both Pansy and Harry are in The Three Broomsticks.
"That sounds divine." I say dramatically, reading between the lines.
"We should make them really mad." He leans in, whispering.
"How?" I whisper back.
"Sit on my lap in there." He says plainly.
"Your.. lap?" I question.
"Yes. My lap." My heart starts pounding at the thought. I nod.
"Okay! I don't want to do it immediately. I want it to seem like it flows naturally" I scheme.
"Right. I'll get us the drinks and we'll warm up to it."
"Yes, they'll already be shocked at seeing me in this." I look down at his jumper. He nods. "Ready?" He takes my hand again, looping our fingers. I nod. We cross the street and enter the tavern, the bell above the door signaling our entrance. There are several audible gasps as we stepped in.
"Sit." He says loud enough to be heard. He's got his arrogant facade on, commanding me. He's started acting already. I nod and immediately turn to begin walking to a table, He slaps my butt as I walk away. I let out a quiet yelp and giggle. This reaction was authentic, I did not expect him to start off so strong.
I pretend to watch him intently. Occasionally I would sneak a sly glance around. I can clearly see people are shocked at this development, the two of us together. Me on his arm and in his sweater. My heart flutters in excitement. I bet the rumors have already started. Especially with the final Quidditch match being mere hours away. There were two particular sets of eyes I wanted to find. Pansy and Harry. They were at separate tables across the tavern from each other. I guess they ended on bad terms, just as I predicted. I took the table right in the middle of both of them. Harry clenched his jaw but other than that he pretended he didn't notice me. Pansy's lips were in a pout but she quickly looked back down at her drink. I felt a fire begin to burn within me. Ladies don't start fights, but they sure finish them. That's what I am going to do, tonight. With Draco.
Draco returns, sliding me the Butterbeer he bought me. He sits on the other side of the small table, keeping his eyes on me, feigning possession.
"Thank you good sir. You're quite the gentleman." I was quietly teasing him, not loud enough to eavesdrop on. He rolls his eyes dramatically at my teasing. "Don't start rumors I can't live down." He teases back, leaning towards me with an amused smirk. "Besides, gentlemanly behavior is hardly a Slytherin specialty." I glance over to see both Harry and Pansy's eyes are looking over again. I decide it's time. I give Draco the look. He smirks and gives a very subtle head nod. He understands me effortlessly, as usual.
"You know what is a Slytherin specialty?"I say quietly, giving him an opportunity to think of a sly way to beckon me to him. I'm getting into character now. A gleam enters his eyes, a knowing look crossing his face. It's clear he has an idea now. He pushes the chair he's sitting in back casually and leans against the back of it. He's making space for me like the cunning Slytherin he is.
"What's that, sweetheart? Come here." He says, his voice a deep and velvety tone that was just loud enough to be heard by our onlookers. I walk up to him, slowly, as if teasing him, bending down to his ear. His hand immediately comes up to cup my butt cheek, and I whisper, "Commanding attention". His smirk widens as he feels my breath against his ear. He begins to run his hand possessively on my entire butt, slowly roving cheek to cheek.
He is soaking up the attention we were getting from the nearby tables. "Oh yeah?" He says loud enough to be heard, voice sultry. I slide my hand down his chest and curve myself around the front of his knees, sitting on his lap. "And rebelling" I whisper into his ear again. His breath hitches slightly as I sit on his lap. He can feel the eyes of the tavern guests on him, whispering and pointing now. A slow, wicked grin spreads across his face as he wraps an arm around my waist possessively, pulling me closer.
I slowly cup his jaw, wanting to make a show. Sliding my free hand down his shoulders. He leans into my touch, his eyes never leaving mine. The room has now fallen silent, everyone in disbelief at our brazen behavior. The shocked looks from Crabbe, Goyle and Blaise two booths over makes him chuckle. This is rebellion, pure and simple. He revels in it.
I move my hair to one shoulder, leaning forward so the embroided 'Malfoy' on my back was on full display. I dip my head, pretending I'm going to kiss him. I feel his heart begin to pound, an uncontrollable response. He is staring at me, fully aware of the spectacle we're making. The sight of his last name on my back makes him feel proud and possessive, especially under the watchful eye of his housemates. It is dangeously thrilling to the both of us. He runs a finger down my spine.
I give him a fake 'shag me' look, pulling it off quite nicely, sliding my hand down his neck. I pretend that I am about to kiss his neck but whispered "Are they looking?" while slightly grazing my lips under his ear. He feels their stares like physical weights, and can hear the shocked whispers starting back up again. He turns his head slightly to keep up the illusion he was letting me kiss his neck. "Staring."
I smirked, pleased to hear it. "I want you to grab my jaw from your neck down here, and turn my head to face yours." I whisper from my spot. I position myself, draping my hair to block the view of others, giving the illusion I was now fully kissing his neck. He slowly reaches up and grabs my jaw, gentler than I thought he would, turning me face to him. He pulls me towards his lips.
"Now give me your best 'I want you' look. Really sell it." I whisper as he pulls me to him. He deepens his smirk and drops his eyes half-mast, his lips parted slightly. He is looking like he's going to devour me right there. Pansy Parkinson has stopped pretending to be uninterested, now looking at us, jaw practically on the floor. "Unbelievable! Look at him." She says to her friends extremely annoyed. I lean in slightly so she sees his last name on me.
I shift my body so my butt gently grazes his clothed crotch, slightly tilting my head back and looking down at him, copying his facial expression completely. He inhales sharply when he feels me, his hands tightening around my jaw. He is looking like he is actually turned on, his eyes glazed and longing, "Fuck," He quietly groans. Or maybe he really was turned on? I giggle.
I lean forward, same look and begin to stare at his lips. I think we are really selling it. He swallows hard, his eyes flickering between my parted lips heavy-lidded eyes. I shift my hips to press down on his crotch, subtly. He lets out a low groan, his hands now sliding from my jaw down my neck. I feel him beginning to push up into me, wrapping his hand around my neck and squeezing.
"Is Pansy watching?" I whisper, wondering why he is suddenly taking this more seriously. He tightens his hand around my throat and nods slightly, now squeezing my throat and pressing his erection up against me. He grips my hips tightly to keep me in place, making it clear he was actually turned on. He trying to get a little relief from how hard he was. He needed friction. I fist his shirt with a fake quiet gasp. I let him guide me closer to his face by tugging on my neck. I see something cross his eyes and I realize he isn't faking at all anymore.
He captures my lips in a rough, possessive kiss. His hands now on my hips, stilling me. He presses up a few more times, lost in the moment now. He is losing sight of the plan, but I won't be. I tangle my hands in his hair, tugging on the root. "Draco" I whisper, trying to pull him back to reality.
He groans audibly this time, his eyes were completely darkened with lust. He grips my hips harder and begins to grind me against him and keeps eye contact with me. "Draco..." I say against his lips, tugging his head back by his hair to deepen the kiss. He kisses me passionately. I stiffen my body so he would get the hint to stop grinding. When he pulls back, he grins wickedly. "Just taking advantage of the moment" He tries to play it off, but fails. He read my body language and I look into his eyes, he was back to Earth again.
"Do you think I should push this further?" I lean in, kissing his neck while I waited for his response. He shivers, his heart racing. He fought against the pleasure and looked at Pansy. Seeing her jealous reaction fueled him to press on. "Fuck it." He agreed. I laugh quietly, feeling victorious. I swing my leg over so I was now completely straddling him. I pull his hair again, forcing his eyes to look up at me. He looks up, eyes darkening with desire again. He can feel my heat over his clothed groin. He reminds himself this was just for show.
I feel so rebellious and bold I could laugh out loud. I press my chest against his, boobs smashing against his pecks and I slip a tongue in his mouth. He suddenly stops me by gripping my hips. I pull away, temporarily confused. "Why'd you stop me?" I whisper, pretending I was just smoothing out his hair, and pushing it back.
"I don't fancy finishing in my trousers here." He whispers back, trying to get less turned on by focusing on his breathing. I giggle, now sitting still on his lap as he begins pecking kisses on my face. "Is Harry still watching?" I whisper. He glances up for a second then began kissing my neck. "Yes" he whispers "And he's fuming." I giggle giddily. He stops kissing my neck, and places his forehead against my own, pretending we are just having a romantic moment. He is just trying not to get turned on again, taking a breather. He fake whispers something in my ear by tilting his head up and rubbing his lips on my ear lobe.
I pretend to throw my head back giggling and add a whiny "Dracoooo" to piss Pansy off more. I heard her friend, Astoria Greengrass, say, "You okay, Pans?" The only sound is something slamming down on the table. It sounds like the menu. Draco catches the interaction from the corner of his eye and he looks at me so amused I felt proud. I want to see how far I can push this. "I have an idea. Humor me?" I whisper in his ear. "Sure, doll." I smile at the name but I know it is just a product of his smug feeling.
I kiss down his neck, this time staring right at Harry. "You are so fucking bad" He whispers, catching on. He tilts head back with a smirk and begins to look at Harry too. Harry's eyes are wide, his face a mix of anger, jealousy, and something else that Draco and I can't quite place. Ron, finally looking up from his oblivious haze, notices what's happening now. His jaw drops at me and Draco. Draco chuckles darkly.
"Mate, let's just go." Ron says to Harry.
"They aren't going to make us leave. We were here first." Harry responds with carefully hidden fury. I detect it because I know him. Draco does as well.
Draco turns my face back to him. He hides his glee at getting under Harry's skin by kissing my lips passionately again. I begin kissing up Draco's jaw, eyes half-lidded feigning being turned on. I was no longer looking at Harry. I wanted him to see me completely doting on Draco Malfoy. The anger that contorts Harry's features is incredibly satisfying and Draco stares at him amused. I lean up to Draco's ear, sucking on his ear lobe and tell him, "Taunt him." The look on Draco's face became so arrogant I felt intimidated for Harry already.
"Enjoying the show, Potter?" Draco begins, now addressing Harry directly. I kiss down his neck as he taunts. He smirks and tilts his head to the side to give me better access. He reaches for my hair, pulling my head back and leaving open-mouth kisses on my throat, looking at Harry with a smirk. He pulls back and laughs straight in Harry's face. I start kissing his neck again.
"Looks like I caught myself quite the prize wouldn't you say Potter?" He sneers. I feel my arousal growing now, his claim on me made me start to grind on him slightly. I kiss down one neck, across his throat and up the other side.
"I think she's quite fond of me" he purrs, rubbing his hand up and down my back possessively. I start to drag my lips slower on his neck. He wraps an arm around my back and grips an ass cheek with his big, veiny hand and gives it a squeeze.
"Did she ever do this for you?" He asks mockingly. Giving my ass a harsh slap. I yelp and he grabs my jaw with his free hand and yanks me to him, giving me a sloppy kiss. He looks back at Harry while I keep my eyes trained on him, entranced. I am fully turned on and my face shows that clear as day. "Good girl." He tells me and releases my face. I place my hand on the side of his neck, sliding down it, slowly. Making a show of worshiping him. He has a hand now holding my ass and the other is stroking my hair down to my back. "Such a good pet." I moan slightly at his comment.
"Hear that Potter? I'm making her sound like that." He taunts. Harry is completely red in the face and all eyes are watching this interaction shamelessly. I cannot take this anymore, I need to finish and I won't stop until I do. Draco notices how I move to straddle his thigh, dropping one of my legs in between his. He manspreads wider to give me space, and to assert dominance. He leans his back on the chair, a position of total power. The moment I sit and begin humping, he starts bouncing his knee up and down. "Ah!" I couldn't help but let out a moan. Draco's smirk deepens.
"Bloody hell, she's like a cat in heat." I focus on one spot on his neck, sucking hard as I push my hips up and down his thigh, clit directly against his leg. He grips both of my ass cheeks now, knee bouncing rhythmically. I begin moaning softly in the crook of his neck.
"Hear that? She's purring." I feel a familiar tug in the bottom of my stomach.
"Look at her. She can't get enough." His tone is of complete mockery. I press my clit down harder while he keeps his rhythmic bouncing. My breathing comes out in pants, heart beating wildly. I grab his face, he looks at me with amused desire, watching as my eyes begin to slide shut, "I'm gonna cum." I moan out softly. I wanted him to know how good he is making me feel. He looks over at Harry again, arrogantly, his smirk firmly in place. I hump faster, eyes trained on Draco's face. I wanted to cum while looking at him. I have my arms wrapped around his neck, clinging on to him for support.
"Are you watching, Potter? She's going to cum right here. Look at my good girl." He coos, squeezing my ass cheeks. After his taunt, he looks up, directly into my eyes. His eyes are dominant, possessive and assertive. His voice comes out powerful, a command.
"Cum for me."
I feel the final tug. My body stiffens for a moment, then I begin trembling as I cum hard, my legs shaking. Seeing stars and feeling the waves of my intense orgasm wrack through my entire body, I throw my head back, chest heaving, eyes closed "Oh fuck!" I cry out, not caring who hears me. Draco watches intently. I open my eyes and look into his again, slowly rubbing my clit on his thigh, prolonging my orgasm. My body has two convulses before I finish.
"Did that feel good? I fucking bet it did" He says to me, his voice is low, husky and erotic. He runs his hands up and down my back. I close my eyes again, cheeks flushed with pleasure and ears ringing from the intense orgasm. I fall into his neck in post-orgasm bliss.
He looks at Harry victoriously. Harry storms out with Ron in toe, knocking the chair he was sitting on over and shoving the door open so hard it slammed on the wall and echoed on the street. Most of the tavern had cleared, feeling very uncomfortable with the scene. Pansy left as soon as Draco said I was a prize he won.
Coming down from my bliss, I suddenly realized what I just did. I flushed and covered my face with my hands. Draco's hand was still running up and down my back. He was letting me bask in the orgasmic haze I was in. I sat up straight, looking at him. He had his usual smirk.
"Had a nice time?" Teasing me.
"Oh Merlin I am mortified." I look around the tavern to see a few guys shifting in their seats, trying to hide their boners. Two people were looking at me in begrudged admiration. Three were giving me disapproving and judgmental glances.
'Yeah, real classy y/n" I heard a girl say, I looked over and it was a housemate of mine. She was glaring at me.
"And with a Slytherin no less." Another girl from my house chimed in.
"While wearing his bloody Quidditch jersey! The night before our last game.'" A boy chimed in this time. Draco stiffened in anger, sneering at them immediately. I sighed and got off his lap.
"Let's go?" I ask quietly, not responding to any of them. He immediately stands and grabs my hand, a sign of unity. He holds the door open for me, and as I was walking out I saw him take out his wand for a brief second. When we start down the street, I hear a shriek coming from inside the tavern. I peer in through the window. The tavern was now swarming with snakes. I laugh joyfully. Draco wrapped his arm around my shoulders with a proud smirk.
"Tonight was... fun" He begins to tease me.
"Shut up" I tell him, rolling my eyes.
"You sure had a nice time." He looks down at his once-perfectly pressed slacks. They were wrinkled on his left thigh now.
"I just didn't want to stop..." I whisper
"Because I made you feel that good? Wait until I actually touch you." He says non-nonchalantly.
"Actually touch me?" I press.
"Yeah. You enjoyed yourself tonight. Next time it's my turn."
"What do you mean next time?" I press further.
"I quite enjoyed tonight." He admits, looking at me.
"Yeah, I felt it." I tease.
He shoves me against the nearest wall, hand on either side of my head. He looks at my lips and back into my eyes. Sliding a hand up the side of my neck, he cups my face. I look up, curious what he is up to. He leans down and presses a sweet kiss to my lips. No one was watching, he genuinely wanted to give it to me. He slid a hand under my hair, pushing it to the side and over one shoulder. He cranes his neck to look down my shoulders, eyes finding his last name on me. He smiled, genuinely. I look up at the silhouette of him. It was night now so the streetlights bathed him in a warm yellow hue.
"I enjoyed that too. I meant something else, though." He quietly said, looking at me and raking his fingers down my hair. He untangles a few strands with his fingers. "You need to brush your hair." He says, trying to return back to his snarky self. He begins to step back, but I wrap my arms around his waist and hug him. He stiffens immediately but slowly loosens up, wrapping his arms around me.
"Thank you." I say genuinely. He raises an eyebrow.
"For the orgasm?" He teases. I blush.
"You're never going to let me forget that, are you?"
"Never." He promises. He looks down at the jumper on me.
"I guess you need this back for tomorrow?" I ask, gently.
"No. I've got another." He says softly. He turns and we begin the trip back to Hogwarts. I poke his bicep and he fake scoffs at me. I grab his hand again.
"Didn't you get enough touching from me?" He remarks but slips his fingers through mine anyway.
"It felt nice" I say sweetly. He barks out one laugh.
"Yeah, I bet it did feel nice." He teases, again. I blush and pull my hand away, covering my face at the memory again.
"Hey. Don't." He said, prying my hand off my face and slipping it through his own fingers again. I smile at him and he pretends to be annoyed and rolls his eyes at me. I stopped us half-way up the trail that leads to the castle. He looks at me confused, but stops anyway. I wrap my arms around his neck and pull him to my lips for a kiss. He kisses back immediately, hands wrapping around my waist. I plant one more lingering kiss on his lips, slide my hand down his arm, and intertwine our fingers again. He walks me all the way to the Ravenclaw tower.
Now in front of my dorm, I look down as I unlock the door, pushing it slightly open and turning back to Draco. He is looking at his jumper draped on my frame. "What, Dragon?" I look at him, curiously.
Before he could answer, his eye caught something in my dorm. He lifts an arm, putting his hand right by my head on the door, pushing it open.
"Is that my hoodie?" He asks suddenly. I look over and slightly blushed, seeing my closet was open and there it was, hung on full display.
"Yeah..." I said quietly.
"I thought you said you had my grey one." He said, reflecting back on our conversation earlier this evening. I stiffen slightly.
"I do..." I say, trailing off.
"That one is black." He says, waiting for me to confess. I sigh.
"Okay! I have... both." I squeak.
"Both? Merlin, woman! How do you manage to accumulate so much of my stuff?" He acts annoyed but I know he's flattered. I laugh. He looks at my frame in his jumper again. A small smile spreading. I huff.
"What, Dragon? I know I'm still wearing your jumper. But why do you keep staring?" I ask, again.
"It suits you." He says genuinely before teasing again, "Look at you. My last name on you like you're my property." I gave him a heated look, remembering everything he said about me and what he did for me in the tavern tonight.
I pull him into my dorm, locking the door behind us.

You're just a little bit too much like me | Spencer Reid x Reader
Enemies to lovers | angsty fluff
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Word count: 1755
Warnings: Normal criminal minds type of violence, mention of guns and gunshots, age gap (Reader is about 25, and Spencer is in his late 30s)
Content: Spencer being an asshole because he doesn't know how to deal with his feelings and how you remind him of his older self, past Spencer trauma (implied but not directly mentioned), self-doubt, Post prison! Spence
It was a difficult situation, only your second week on the job and the first time you had to make that kind of decision. You went alone to a location where the suspect might have been at, all of your teammates were further away so, as reckless as you now recognize it was, you went there alone, instead of waiting like Spencer and Emily asked you too. You didn't want to lose your chance, there were more than 3 days on the field at stake here, you did not want to disappoint your colleagues and just stand there waiting like a dumb newbie, so you made the decision.
“I'm going in” You warn your teammates in the radio, not waiting for a response before storming into the unsubs house.
You bust the door open with your feet, storming into the house. As you look inside, you find the unsub taking his gun from a drawer. Thinking you had an advantage as his back was facing you, you rush to try and immobilize him, but somehow he managed to turn around and shoot you.
You growled in pain as your body dropped to the ground, just before you passed out completely you heard the sound of rushed footsteps. You heard two voices, one you recognized as Emily's going after the unsub, and the other as Reid's talking to you.
“Please don’t go to sleep, we need you awake” His voice was soothing, far different from the tone he always used with you ever since you joined the team this year, but he sounded so worried, and you really did try to stay awake for him, for your team, to show that you were okay and that they needed to go after what's important, the unsub, but you couldn't. The last thing you heard as your vision got black was him yelling at his radio, “Medical, we need medical right now”. And then, everything went black.
You are now back at your first day on the job. Still at your house, confused as to what outfit you should use, so anxious about being so young at the top team of profilers, even thought it was a last year internship you hoped to impress them enough that they would hire you officially for the team, so your anxiety was through the roof wondering whether you really deserved to be there (goddamn that impostor syndrome). But most of your worries went away when you met the team, you would never imagine that the best profilers in the FBI and maybe in the world would be such good, kind and even funny people. They all welcomed you, seeming excited to be able to work with you, except from one of them.
Doctor Spencer Reid, you had read about him and his genius mind, you even went to a couple of his lectures on forensic psychology, honestly? You were a fan, and you were so excited to meet and work with someone you looked up to. Unfortunately, he didn't seem as eager to meet his new coworker. He just stood there in the back, staring at you while you introduced yourself to the team, the most he did was mutter a “morning” when you sat next to him in the briefing room.
Never meet your heroes, they say.
Now, you're back at… Where are you again?
Your eyes begin to open, you're completely adrift until you finally begin to recognize the awful white light, and the coldness of the room. You're at the hospital, no idea as to how much time has passed.
Jennifer comes into your line of vision, holding your hand, “Hey, how are you feeling?” her voice is calm, as she watches you sit up in the hospital bed.
“I'm fine, I think... I didn't even realize what happened back then. Oh shit, did you guys catch him?” You abruptly try to sit up, remembering how you couldn't get the unsub when you got shot, guilt washing over you as you started to piece together what happened
“Hey slow down, Emily went after him and made the arrest, the victim was rescued. He shot you, but it just grazed you. You did lose a lot of blood, that's why you passed out, but the doctors say you'll be fine to leave today. Don't worry.” She says as the doctor comes in to do his final checking.
You just agree with your head, lost in your own thoughts. You knew it wasn't your fault that you got shot, but still you felt so stupid. The hurt of not being able to catch the unsub might've been even bigger than the one from your wound, all of them had been in even more difficult situations than you and made it out without so much as a scratch, and you couldn't even catch an unsub that was alone?
After a few hours, you were back on the jet, finally heading home. The guilty was still bothering you, and you even apologized for the mistake. Hotch just asked you to be more careful and follow instructions next time, but overall, the team seemed genuinely happy you were fine. Except, of course, for Spencer, who ever since you got in the jet was staring daggers at you.
Later, the jet finally landed, and you were eager to get home. You quickly went to the office to get a few of your things, Unfortunately, you and Spencer were now all alone in an uncomfortable silence waiting for the elevator.
“That was reckless” Spencer mutters under his breath
“I'm sorry, what?” You turn in your heels to face him, had you heard that right? Is that the first thing he's going to tell you after you just got shot?
“What you did on the case, was reckless and naive. You should've followed our instructions, you can't just do what you feel like doing” he's looking in your eye now, his voice coming out angry but with a hint of… worry?
“I'm sorry ok? I tried to do something, I just did not want to just stay there waiting while he could be doing god knows what inside that house” Your voice comes out more shaky than you wanted it to, the weight of the guilt pressing into your chest
“Still, it was reckless and stupid, you should never just storm into, alone, a place where an unsub might be, you never know what he might do to you, what might be waiting inside.” His gaze is cold, almost as if he's not actually here talking to you, but somewhere inside his head and his memories.
“Trust me, I know that. I regret my decision, but I wasn't doing what I felt like, I tried my best, Reid.” You turn to look directly in his eye. Yes you did something wrong, but you wouldn't let him out of all people talk like that to you “I might be the youngest on the team, the one with less experience but trust me… I'm not dumb, I earned my place here.” Your voice shaky when you said that last sentence, the insecurity you felt showing through your words.
Something in his gaze shifted after that, his expression became softer, almost sympathetic. “Listen, I'm not saying you're not qualified, I'm sorry if it came off like that, just be careful… That could have ended a lot worse, trust me I know”
“ I will” The air between you two less intimidating now but still heavy with tension, you two step in the elevator, the whole way to the garage an awkward silence until you two finally reach the bullpen's garage.
Even thought you felt like now maybe he didn't absolutely want you gone from the team, you were still curious as to why he is so cold to you
“Sorry, I need to ask… Why do you hate me?” You turn to him, after finally gathering the courage to ask this question
“What do you mean, don't hate you”
“Yes you do, I mean you're not obligated to like me but since I joined, you didn't even meet me yet and just gave this cold look”
His eyebrows furrowed as he processed your words, clearly taken aback by your directness. He sighed, a hint of regret in his eyes, and rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly. "It's not about you personally," he finally admitted, his voice softer than before.
“What is it about, then?”
He takes a deep breath before starting to talk “You're only 3 years older than me when I joined this team, I know what it does you, to your mind. I guess I just saw way too much of me, of who I used to be, in you, and it terrified me to be honest” His cold facade disappeared completely now, in its place a soft and genuine expression.
“So you were, and I'm sorry for the words, an asshole to me because you were worried?” You almost can't wrap your head around it, all this time you felt like one of your biggest references in the BAU hated you, but instead he was caring for you.
“Yes, I see how it comes out as “asshole” behavior, but my brain just went full shutdown when i saw you” His face turns slightly red when he notices what he just said – Freudian slip or just a bad choice of words? He doesn't's know for sure – His hand goes to awkwardly scratch the back of his neck “I mean… for the resemblance, of how I acted when I had just joined, of course”
You give him a small smile, and just like that your side that has been a fan and read all of this man's articles comes back to life “Of course. Thank you for worrying but maybe instead of hating me you could… I don't know, if it's not too much of a bother of course, help me? I value your worries Doc, maybe you could help me not make the same mistakes you did”
He nodded, a hint of relief washing over his features. "I'd be happy to help," he said, a genuine smile finally breaking through. "I might not have all the answers, but I can definitely share what I've learned along the way."
“I'm happy to hear that, thanks, Doc. Reid” You wave at him as you begin walking over to your car.
“Hey, just call me Spencer” He smiles warmly at you
“See you tomorrow Spencer”

timbern au where tim and bear are married in secret and no one knows bc a) it's not anyone else's business and b) tim's the face of wayne ent. and he doesn't want weirdos harassing bear while he's out and about. so they get married in secret and all the public knows is that tim drake-wayne one day started showing up in public with a wedding band and no explanation. there's rumors and theories of course but nothing substantial.
and then one day, tim calls a public press confrence and he looks haggard and unkempt. there's dark circles under his eyes and he keeps fidgeting with his wedding band. his face is scruffy like he hasnt shaved in days and his suit is ever so slightly rumpled. the viewer count grows higher and higher by the minute. finally he speaks and he says that he's been receiving threats for the past few month. that he tried to solve the case privately with the cooperation with the police but something terrible has happened recently and now he needs the public's help. my husband is missing, he says. a photo of his husband is shown on the screen behind him. it's been one week since he's been taken.
his name is bernard dowd he says voice catching, he's the light of my life. every camera in the room catches the way his eyes gloss over. i have loved him since college. please i dont know what to do without him.
he's 27, with blond hair. tall about 6ft and he like funky patterns. he smiles and the world lights up. he always makes me laugh and he gives the best hugs. and-
tim's voice catches on a sob, the mics pick it up anyway.
and, he continues, i have loved him in some way since i was 16. so please if you have any information on him or if you've seen him, i beg you to call the number on the screen.
tim drops his head, desperately trying not to ugly sob on camera. his lips are chapped and swollen from how often he's biting them. his hands tremble and he can feel his family's concerned stares but he has to do this.
they have no leads, no clues, nothing. just a single, grainy, convenience store security camera footage of a man shoving bernard into an unmarked car and driving off. nobody knows anything. and tim can't do this anymore, he needs his husband back. and even if his bear is dead now, then he needs the body back. he needs to curl around his husband one last time. he needs to hold his hand on the way down. tim needs him to breathe.
one last statement, he thinks, then we can go back to wearing his hoodies and rotting on his side of the bed. then we can go back to staring at the door like he'll walk through it at any moment.
lifting his head, he looks at the first camera he can find and says, i haven't loved him enough yet. i haven't made him laugh as much i should've. i haven't apologized for coming home late the night before he got taken. i haven't loved him enough yet. please, if you see him or know anything, please call the number.
and bear, baby, if you're watching this from wherever that man took you, i love you. till the heat death of the universe, remember?
he laughs wetly, and even if you're tired, you gotta keep fighting until i find you okay? you didn't give up on me all those years ago, and i'm not giving up on you now.
i love you bernard. i'll see you soon.

Hello pookie
I hope your having a good day, anyways, I saw you were asking for requests so I figured I'd give you one even though I'm sure your already getting many, also no pressure to actually do this or anything I don't want you to feel like anyone will be disappointed if you don't do this, but if you were looking for some inspiration or an idea...
(I know it seems out of the question to suggest a Telemachus x reader when you are already doing a story on that (which is very good btw))
Oh well, if you are looking for ideas - Telemachus x fem reader who is a servant at the palace. Well, there's my two sense.
Have a great day <3

────୨ৎ──── ────୨ৎ──── ───
The palace was quiet, its grand halls wrapped in the heavy silence of midnight. Telemachus tiptoed past the sleeping guards, his sandals barely making a sound on the cool stone floors. His heart raced, not from fear of being caught, but from excitement. He knew you were waiting for him. Out in the garden, hidden among the olive trees, you leaned against a gnarled trunk, the moonlight casting a silver glow over your features. When you saw him, your face lit up with a smile that made his stomach flip.
“You’re late,” you teased, crossing your arms.
“Blame Athena,” Telemachus whispered, a sheepish grin spreading across his face. “She wouldn’t stop lecturing me about responsibility.”You laughed softly, the sound like the gentle rustling of leaves. “And here you are, sneaking out with me. Very responsible, my lord.” Telemachus rolled his eyes, though his smile widened. “If you keep calling me ‘my lord,’ I might have to stop meeting you.”
“Oh, is that so?” you said, stepping closer. “What should I call you, then?”
“Just Telemachus,” he said, his voice softening. “When we’re out here, I’m not a prince. I’m just… me.” You nodded, your smile turning gentle. “Alright, Telemachus. Shall we go?” The two of you slipped through the garden and out into the open fields beyond the palace walls. It wasn’t the first time you’d done this, your secret nighttime escapades had become a routine over the past few months. You’d explore the countryside, climb hills, and sit by the shore, talking about everything and nothing.
Tonight, you ended up on a hill overlooking the sea. The stars sparkled above, their reflection dancing on the dark waves below. You sat down on the grass, and Telemachus joined you, close enough that your shoulders brushed. “You know,” he said after a moment, his voice hesitant, “I don’t think I’ve ever felt this…free before.”
You glanced at him, your brow quirking. “Free?”He nodded, picking at a blade of grass. “When I’m in the palace, I’m always being watched, judged. Everyone expects me to be like my father, to grow into this great hero. But out here, with you… I can just be myself.” Your expression softened, and you reached out to touch his arm. “You don’t have to be anyone but yourself, Telemachus. You’re already enough.” His breath hitched, and he turned to look at you. The way you gazed at him, your eyes full of sincerity, made his chest feel tight. He opened his mouth to say something, but the words caught in his throat.
Instead, you smiled and leaned closer. “Can I show you something?”
Telemachus blinked, confused. “Show me what?” Without answering, you tilted your head and pressed your lips to his. For a moment, his entire body froze. His mind raced, a whirlwind of thoughts and emotions that he couldn’t quite process. This was his first kiss, his first real kiss. And it was with you. When you pulled back, he was still staring at you, his eyes wide and his cheeks flushed. “I—I—uh—” You bit back a laugh, watching him flounder. “Telemachus? Are you alright?”
“I—yes—no—I mean—” He ran a hand through his hair, his voice cracking slightly. “Did you just—did we just—”
“Yes,” you said simply, your smile teasing but kind.
“Oh,” was all he could manage, his brain still trying to catch up. You reached out and gently touched his cheek, bringing his attention back to you. “Was that okay?”
He finally found his voice, though it was quiet and a little shaky. “It was more than okay.” Your smile widened, and you leaned back, propping yourself up on your hands. “Good. Because I’ve been wanting to do that for a while.” Telemachus stared at you, his heart pounding so loudly he was certain you could hear it. “You… you have?”
You nodded, glancing up at the stars. “You’re kind, and thoughtful, and you have this way of making people feel safe. How could I not?” He didn’t know what to say to that. Instead, he sat there, watching you with a mixture of awe and disbelief.
Eventually, you turned back to him, your eyes sparkling with mischief. “Telemachus?”
“Yeah?” he said, his voice faint.
“You can breathe now.”
He let out a shaky laugh, finally exhaling the breath he hadn’t realized he was holding. “Right. Breathing. Good idea.” You laughed with him, and the sound filled the night air, light and full of joy. As the two of you sat under the stars, Telemachus couldn’t help but think that, for the first time in his life, everything felt exactly as it should be.

we fell in love in the middle of nowhere – steve harrington
Tumblr media
▶︎ NOW PLAYING: middle of nowhere by frawley
Tumblr media
⸺ summary: Hawkins, Indiana was never enough for (Y/N). She had big dreams and an even bigger future ahead of her. Everyone always said she was destined for more than the small Indiana town could ever give her. She could only hope Steve was too.
⸺ author's note: I'm gonna be editing/rewriting and posting all of my stories that were on my old account onto here since I have no inspiration to write anything new right now lol
Tumblr media
We used to meet up at the park
We knew the shortcuts all by heart
Raced to the top of the swing set
To escape the town that we lived in
We fell in love in the middle of nowhere
“You sure took your sweet time, Harrington,” You say as soon as you see the unmistakable head of hair belonging to the one and only Steve Harrington.
“Sorry, babe. You know how long it takes to get this under control,” he says with a smirk, gesturing to his hair. He strolls over to where you’re sitting on the swing and stands in front of you. You stand up to greet him, and he takes you into his arms. Leaning in as if to kiss you, he whispers, “Race you to the top of the swing set,” before taking off.
“Cheater!” You yell, running after him. You catch up with him and watch as he stands victorious at the top of the playground. “No fair,” you pout at him. Steve laughs before reaching toward you to brush a strand of hair that had fallen into your face. He stares into your eyes as you struggle to catch your breath.
“I love you, (Y/N),” he whispers, staring into your eyes. Before you get a chance to respond, he’s leaning in and kissing you.
I always hated that small town
I couldn’t wait ‘til I got out
Couldn’t drive but I had some car keys
And you promised you would come with me
But you stayed in the middle of nowhere
You and Steve had the time of your lives that summer. But there was always the desire for something more. You had been ecstatic when the chance came for you to get out of Hawkins, Indiana.
“Your parents bought you a car?” Steve gawked, making you laugh.
“Yeah, it’s a present for graduating with straight ‘A’s,” you explained, holding up your car keys.
“You don’t even have your license,” Steve frowned, and you rolled your eyes.
“I will soon. And when I do, I’m taking this baby and getting the hell out of this town,” you said, looking longingly at your new car.
“You know I’ll follow you anywhere,” Steve had promised, punctuating it with a kiss to your cheek. But when the time came, you drove away in your new car, leaving Steve in your rear view mirror.
Tell me how we ended up miles apart
With nothing in my bag and only half a heart
I knew that it was stupid
But I just needed a change
As you stand in a new town, unfamiliar faces all around you, you can’t help but wonder how you ended up so far away from the boy you loved. Dragging your near-empty suitcase behind you, you leave the airport, leaving more than just your old clothes behind.
Now part of me is sitting in the place we met
The front seat of your car smelled like cigarettes
I guess I kinda loved it
‘Cause it’s etched inside my brain
Sitting in the cab on the way to your new apartment, you can’t help but think back to a better time. A less lonely time.
“Those things will kill you, y’know,” you say, watching as Steve takes a drag of his cigarette. He shrugs but takes it out of his mouth and flicks it out of the window.
“Better?” He asks, one eyebrow raised in question.
“Much,” you say, leaning in to kiss him. You could still taste the cigarette smoke on his tongue.
I tried to change
To be someone new
So I went to Paris to be in a city
That’s time zones away
Now I’m up ‘til two (I’m up ‘til two)
I made it all the way, but it’s no use
My heart’s in the middle of nowhere with you
Paris was the opposite of Hawkins. Filled with bustling crowds of people, unfamiliar noises, and cars racing past, you can’t help but wonder what the hell you were thinking. You had told Steve you wanted a change. You didn’t want to be the girl with big dreams who never made it out. But now, as you lie awake in bed at two in the morning, you can’t help but wonder if it would have been all that bad to stay in the middle of nowhere with him.

Tumblr media
you catch yourself dozing off and jerk your head up instinctively. one short, loud snore passes your lips as you do so, eyes opening wide. you blink your tired eyes a few times as you readjust to the harsh lighting.
ugh, you fell asleep in the lab, something you always chastise peter and your dad for doing. they're notorious for their long hours spent messing around with stark tech. you've lost count of how many times you've woken up to an empty spot in bed where your boyfriend should be, instead finding him fast asleep surrounded by cups of coffee and a delirious tony still on the grind.
tonight, you're the stark who's in the lab past their bedtime. you had the day to yourself and decided to use your free time to upgrade your suit. it had had a few hiccups during the team's last mission, so you wanted to work on it before the next one. what was supposed to be a few minor tweaks turned into a whole day of tweaking.
you scoff at yourself and wipe some drool that crusted onto your chin. oddly enough, you almost instantly refocus on the screen in front of you. it's been like this for most of the day. you're way more concentrated than usual for some reason, more aware. you figure it's because peter has been out on patrol and couldn't distract you.
"are you finished for the night, boss? you aren't usually here this late."
"i know, but i’m gonna stay a little longer. i’ll be done soon...i think."
friday dims the lights directly overhead so they aren't as harsh. you smile.
"thanks, fri."
you sit up in your seat, scooting in closer to the screen displaying your suit. you carefully look over the prototype and pick up a pen to write yourself some notes. when you go to put down the pen, it sticks to your palm. you shake your hand to try to get it off. it stays stuck.
"huh."
you use your other hand to pry the pen off of you.
"weird."
first you have heightened senses, now you're sticky. if you didn't have ordinary stark dna, you'd think you were part arachnid like peter.
you're not sure why, but you suddenly stand up and turn towards the main doors to the lab. they slide open a few seconds later. peter walks inside, spider suit on and mask off. he pads over to you with a soft smile.
"there you are. friday said i could find you down here."
peter pecks your lips and envelopes you in a hug. you sign contentedly, face nuzzled into his neck and arms winding around him.
"yeah, she's probably sick of me. i've been down here all day."
"you're really locked in, huh? how's the suit coming along?"
peter's fingers rub up and down your back ever so lightly. just the small touch practically sends shivers down your spine.
"good. fixed everything and double checked, then triple checked. started adding some new stuff, too."
"new features? like what?"
"you know the one i was telling you about..."
you trail off as peter's hands slide down to your ass. he pulls you in closer to himself, letting his hands rest there. you peek up at him, heart speeding up.
"go on, i’m listening."
peter gives your ass a gentle squeeze. it's an innocent gesture, really, but your senses are going crazy right now and you can't help but to get turned on. you always tease peter about how easily he's turned on. if this is what it feels like for him, now you understand.
"hm, i'm bored of talking about the suit. tell me about patrol."
"it was good! got a lot of action today. i mean, i guess that's not good 'cause that means there's more crime and stuff, but y'know. anyway..."
you stare at peter's lips, but don't listen to a word he's saying. it's the first time today you can't focus. he's pressed right up against you in his damned tight spider suit, and his hands are still on your ass, and you're so hypersensitive and hyper aware. all you can think about is how bad you need him.
"y/n? you okay?"
peter must have noticed you spacing out.
your gaze flicks between his eyes and lips before your own lips wordlessly capture his in a searing kiss. peter lets out a breathy chuckle, caught a bit off guard by your abruptness. he deepens the kiss for a moment, then pulls back with a look of amusement. you bite back a cheeky smile.
"horny."
peter's features form a smirk.
"i got you, baby."
he kisses you again. his tongue tangles with yours, a sigh passing your lips. peter lifts you up, grip becoming firmer on your ass. you wrap your legs around his waist. he kisses down your neck until he finds a spot he wants to mark. you tilt your head to the side so he has more access. peter's lips suck roughly on your skin, teeth nipping at it playfully. you let out a shaky breath.
peter presses one last kiss to what's sure to become a hickey to soothe it. you tilt his chin up towards you again, lips smashing into his, holding him in place by the back of his head. he carries you to the nearest table while your intertwined lips move desperately against each other's. you sneak a hand down to the bulge in his suit, earning a groan.
"one sec, lemme get this off."
peter sets you down on the table and quickly strips off his spider suit. you take your own clothes off and toss them aside, left only in your bra and panties. peter comes to stand between your legs. he slips your panties to the side, middle finger collecting your wetness as he kisses you again. his finger slides into you with ease and begins to pump. you moan into the kiss, tugging at his hair.
"already so wet, baby. don't even have to get you warmed up."
peter's finger curls inside you, cockiness evident in his tone and on his features. you tug on some hair at the nape of his neck.
"stop teasing, parker."
"can't take it when the roles are reversed, stark?"
something takes over you in that moment, the same something that's been coursing through your veins all day. you grab both of peter's hands and hold them in place above his head. your grip is tight around his wrists, too tight for him to break free of it. a noise almost like a growl escapes you.
"shut up and fuck me, or i’ll fuck you."
peter meets your wild eyes, his pupils equally as dilated.
"do it."
you promptly pull peter up to the table with you. you push him back so he lies down, pinning his arms down at his sides. his chest rises and falls, breathless.
"woah, what's gotten into you today? not that i’m complaining, but, woah."
"i know, right? i thought you were supposed to have super strength."
peter grabs you by your hips and sits up, seating you in his lap. you wiggle your hips in his grasp, but he digs his fingers into your sides so you can't move. peter's voice drops low.
"what was that?"
you breathe out a low laugh.
"nothing."
you dip your head down to press your forehead to peter's. he smiles, satisfied with your answer. you wrap your hand around his hard cock and stroke him. peter's lips ghost over yours, his breathing heavy.
"wanna feel you, y/n/n."
peter slides his hands up to your waist so you can move again. you smile knowingly. you slip off your panties before you reposition yourself, your legs on either side of him. you line up peter's cock with your entrance.
"wanna feel you too, pete."
you lower yourself down onto peter. you both let out little sighs and moans as he fills you up.
he always feels so good inside you, but this time is even better, even more intense.
you arch your back to find the right angle, shifting backwards a bit. once you're both comfortable, you begin to roll your hips. peter exhales a breath he was holding, lifting his hips up to help you out. your movements are slow, fluid. peter supports you by the small of your back, eyes hooded and lips parted for air.
"fuck, i'm not gonna last long."
"me neither."
he kisses you, softly but with so much passion. you let your eyes flutter closed and kiss back. you place your feet flat on the table for more stability and straighten your back, starting to bounce on his cock.
"y/n..."
peter's voice comes out almost like a whine. you chuckle at that.
"i know."
you grab onto peter's shoulders for more support as you move, up and down, back and forth. peter leaves sloppy kisses along the side of your neck. the once quiet lab is now filled with both of your moans and the sounds of your wetness every time his cock thrusts into you. you're both so close, and you can hardly hold out any longer.
peter grabs your hips to stop your movements. he takes over, thrusting up into you at the same delicious pace, only he's the one in control. you let out a series of short, high pitched moans, head thrown back as peter's cock hits the right spot in you over and over again.
"that's it, y/n/n. sound so pretty, baby."
peter half speaks and half groans. you reply with your own noise of content, squeezing yourself around his cock as you reach your high. peter is close to his.
"god, fuck."
he's panting. his thrusts speed up a bit until his hips stop moving altogether. he pushes deeper into you with one final moan, his cum filling you up, making you feel warm inside. you both recently agreed he could finish in you; it's a new level of intimacy.
"fuck, baby. woah."
you bury your face in peter's neck in response. you try to catch your breath, falling forward into his arms.
"oh my god, pete. that was..."
"yeah."
peter hugs your waist. he slowly pulls out of you, making you wince at the new emptiness.
"sorry."
he peppers tender kisses to the side of your head. you remove your face from his neck.
"it's okay."
you ruffle peter's hair with a tired smile. he kisses your cheek, smiling back. you give him another peck on his lips. you yawn, today's and tonight's activities catching up with you once again.
"aw, you tired?"
"mhm. you must be, too, spidey."
"exhausted. let's get cleaned up, then we'll go to bed?"
"sounds perfect."
peter helps you down from the table. you quickly step into your panties in case any cum leaks out of you. he picks his suit up off the floor.
"okay, that was insanely good. i mean, it always is, but something was different. i wonder what it was."
peter shimmies into his suit so his lower half is covered. you're putting on the rest of your clothes.
"i don't know, i’ve just been super on my shit today. really focused and stuff."
"explains why you were so locked in on your suit."
"that might just be a stark thing. actually, it's a parker thing too."
you poke peter's chest playfully. you collect some of your things from your work area, some miscellaneous supplies sticking to your palms as you do.
"why does this keep happening?"
peter watches curiously as you huff and shake paper clips off your palms.
"funny, that reminds me of when i first got my powers. took me a while to figure out how to control it, being sticky."
"uh huh. did you spill web fluid last time you were down here or something?"
"i don't think so, but it would have dissolved by now if i did. i haven't been in the lab for a couple days."
"oh. maybe it was someone else."
peter quirks a brow.
"i don't see any web fluid over there, y/n/n."
you turn to face peter.
"so why am i sticky?"
between this, your strength, and your heightened senses, peter puts it together. you have powers.
his spider powers.
"that might also be a parker thing. more specifically, a spider-man thing."
"you don't mean... no."
if peter is saying what you think he's saying, that confirms what you had thought earlier.
"uh, yeah."
peter crosses over to you. your eyebrows knit together.
"we must share some dna."
"but how? that wouldn't be possible unless we were, like, related... ew! please don't tell me we're fucking related!"
"baby, baby." peter laughs softly, taking one of your hands in his. "stop freaking out."
"you should be freaking out too! you were just inside me, peter, fucking me raw! you came in me!"
"exactly."
peter's voice is way too calm for your liking.
"exactly? what do you mean 'exactly'?"
"think about it. sperm is made up of dna."
"so what?"
"well, i wasn't born with this dna. it got mutated by the spider bite. so no, we're definitely not related."
you tentatively soften your gaze, allowing peter to lace his fingers through yours.
"since i got my powers from the mutation, i guess you got them too when i started finishing in you."
you gasp, a playful smile pulling at your lips.
"you mean you mutated my dna? you have radioactive cum?"
"something like that. you're not mad?"
you toy with peter's fingers, looping an arm around his neck.
"nah, it's kind of cool now that i know what it is. you're gonna have to teach me how to use the powers, though."
"of course." peter returns your smile. "now that you've got new powers, you gotta rebrand. maybe you could call yourself spider-woman."
"you'd like that, wouldn't you? come up with something more original."
peter's arms wrap around your middle, smile growing into a toothy grin.
"you could also use mrs. parker. it's gonna be your name someday, anyways."
you put your other arm around peter's neck with a laugh.
"mrs. parker, i like that."
